SimpleScape lawn & garden maintenance

Description of Work: We're old and can't do the things we used to do with no problem. Needed irrigation system repairs first, plant installation, flower care, etc. - serviced that are listed on the SimpleScape website. We called, were told a "field man" would get back to us to set an appointment. After a week we called again, were told that the telephone person passed the message on but the field man hadn't received it. Gave our info again - no response again. Hoping to circumvent the poor communication we emailed Abel Sanchez, Owner at Abel@mysimplescape.com. A month after our first contact we still have not heard from anyone at Simple Scape. We understand that the company might have more work than it can handle, but if that is the case we should have been told up front. In this day of almost instant communication a company that can't/won't return simple phone calls/emails probably can't be trusted to do satisfactory work.
