SCOTT ANDREWS CONSTRUCTION

The work was mediocre, had to call them back to get their foreman to return and complete the work. He never returns phone calls as promised. He stated that he would send their "best" people to do the job. I hate to see his "worst". I would never recommend this company to any one.

Since Scott A. construction was first on the list for paving a driveway, I contacted them, left a message and did not hear back. I called a few days after, got a very pleasant person on the phone who promised to come and inspect for estimate. Did not come, did not cancel. I called back, made another date, did not come or cancel again. Someone came and left me a written note (after the scheduled appointment time). I do not know what happened, but I believe the outfit should have canceled in time or stuck to their appointment And the guy sounded so nice.

SCOTT'S CREW WAS HERE WHEN HE SAID THEY WOULD BE; THEY FOLLOWED UP ON ALL QUESTIONS WITH INTELLIGENT RESPONSES. WHEN ONE DRAIN OVERFLOWED CREATING SOME SLOPE EROSION SCOTT'S CREW CAME OUT AND REPAIRED THE DAMAGE WITH MINIMAL ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR TIME AND MATERIALS. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES TOO.

THEY WERE HERE ON TIME. THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK IS BEAUTIFUL. VERY HELPFUL WHEN WE WERE CHOOSING STYLE.
