+ 0 moreI have a favorite chair which swivels, rocks, and raises its footrest. I am very fond of it but was soiled with body oils. It resisted household cleaners, so it was covered by a wrap, which was a nuisance. My wife wanted to buy me a new chair for my 80th. birthday, even though the chair is serviceable. Instead I got it cleaned by NF Carpet Care which has given it a new lease on life. The soiling has gone, and the fabric seems undamaged.

+ -1 moreThis company is family owned and operated. Last year Mr. Ferguson, Jr. came to the house, and this year it was Mr. Ferguson, Sr. Both did an excellent job.
Description of Work: My carpets were just cleaned 9/3/08 for the second time by this company. Both times the work was done perfectly, and I recommend them. My house is a one story with 3 bedrooms, office, living room and hallway, with wall-to-wall nylon carpeting. The steam process does leave the carpet damp, but Mr. Ferguson vacuumed it as dry as possible, and the results are excellent. There were bad, dirty areas along the sides of places where plastic chair mats were on the office floor, but now they are barely detectable. I think if I had the carpets cleaned sooner, the dirt would not have been ground into the carpet so much.
