Description of Work: Jerry came to look at our needs, made notes, and estimated the price. He told us it would be a while, due to a busy schedule. When they were ready, they brought the new gates, replaced them for the old ones and were on their way! Very rewarding. The minor issue is, getting some response because they are so busy. The wait is worth it.

 + -1 moreThe Service provider came out and gave me a bid. We had the repair scheduled in December, but the repair got postponed due to the rain. I called the Service Provider again to schedule the appointment nothing came of it. I called again in April because now I really have to get the job done. I called left a message no return call, I call again a week a later and I was told by the Service Provide to e-mail him and I did. I waited a few days and called again. As of today, no return call. Very poor communication.
Description of Work: Scope of work - was to replace a platform under a gate opener and replace the chain for the gate

 + -1 moreThey did a very good job. I like the way my house looks now, and I was pleased with the price they charged me. They were very professional. They finished the job in the time they told me it was going to be finish. I will gladly recommend them.
