It was excellent. They were here on time. They were clean. The time was managed well, respectful, and pleasant to work with.

It was outstanding. Great customer service. He's very knowledgeable and helpful.

Fine, he fixed it, and asked for an additional fee.

The work was not done. I had emailed Rafael to set up a service date. At first he was responsive but then radio silence when I was trying to confirm the date and time for the technician to come in. I received a call the morning of from Rafael to confirm the time and also finally a description and estimated cost of the vent replacement. It was to be $165 on top of the $200 voucher value I had. This included the price of materials.I felt that it was a little expensive but I realise that businesses need to make money and i was willing to try them out. The technician, Rafael, arrived and showed me what he had bought. I thought it would be a double walled insulated vent (as was advised by another plumber) but it was merely a stronger/thicker vent material. I had questioned Rafeal about that but he explained that since my water heater was installed outside it should be good enough. As he was installing the new vent, I noticed a tear on the new vent and pointed it out to him. He became frustrated and just decided to not do the job. He put back my old vent and basically told me that he was having a bad morning, and I was watching him do the work and he just did not want to do it. He then left.

That turned out terrible for me. I think the guy took unfair advantage of me, and exploited my lack of knowledge. He ended up charging me $280 for a little bit of PVC piping that looked like it belonged to my sprinkler system and some glue. Neither of which he had on his truck. He had to spend 40 minutes running over to the hardware store to get that stuff. Turned out to be a very simple solution and it took him 15-20 max to do the job, and he charged me $280. I know I am screw man when I get one. I am very upset, I didn't call you guys right away because I could not contain my anger by this whole thing I expect you guys to provide me with the expertise I don't normally have on my own. This was my first experience and it wen poor. Lefty knows it too, he is very aware of my feelings on the whole topic. His total bill was $280 and he was applying the $100 credit which made it down to $180. But again this was just a bad situation and I feel exploited. When I contacted him and pointed out the nature of my displeasure. Because he was planning on coming back and working on another sink that he left dismantled and inoperable because he stripped the thread on it. The day he was suppose to come back for that he called me an hour before and let me know that he was not going to make it. I said don't bother I am done working with you. I don't know about the quality ti was just a question of glue on PVC piping. I asked him for a warranty and he said a 6 month warranty. I would hope it would last that long, when I do it myself it would last 6 months. So far its not leaking so. He didn't try to take a swing at me. I would not use him again on your life.

I called him up and asked for a price to replace an old toilet with a new one. I already had a new toilet purchased. He said it would cost 95$. I said ok. I bought this coupon thinking that I would be able to get the work done. Later he says that price "95$" was not with the coupon. I was surprised. Any ways had to pay him additional 50$. Not going to hire them again.

Quickly changed out the sink drain lines. Even moved a shelf in the cabinet to the other side because the new plumbing was in the way of the old location.

Plumber didn't have a cylinder for my sink with him! Stated he would order me 4 (one for the cold side and two for the other sink) and then said he would come back and put them in for $180.00! So, although I got a diagnosis, didn't get anything fixed.

Great. Rafael and his team work hard and with integrity.

It took longer than expected due to corrosion, so keep that in mind when looking at the cost. We used their deal of $39.00 up front for $100 in service, so the out of pocket total was $285 - $100 + $39 = $224.00.

Great! They fixed everything. Communicated when they were arriving and were very nice.

Lucky's did a great job. Was on time. Took the extra effort to do the job right. Explained everything to me. They were competent and the finished product is perfect.

Went great, Rafael is very good at what he does, he is courteous and professional. I am completely satisfied with his work.

The job was not an easy one, but the 2 plumbers did a good job and I am happy with the outcome. My only problem was the attempt to upsell by a third person that came with the plumbers. I asked for a price to change the fixtures in my bathtub, but the person thought I should change out the whole tub, which is not something I'm prepared to do now. I never did get a price for changing out the fixtures.

Overall satisfied with the work done. Our water heater did not fit in the enclosure, but they modified the door and everything worked fine after that. We were impressed with their ingenuity.

Service was NOT completed because he never showed up! I needed him to replace two bathroom faucets, and when we talked on the phone, we agreed on a date and time, and I said I would buy the faucets which was fine with him. On the agreed day, I was waiting for him for quite a while, so I called him. He did not know who I was, where I lived, or what job he was supposed to do. I asked him if he would have come if I had not called. He said he could come now. I was not sure I wanted him to come at the point because this had just happened to me with another Angie's List provided, so he said he didn't want to come, and we both hung up. I was extremely disappointed in Angie's List, but I called you, and you refunded the whole $79 to me. Thank you!

Hire with confidence...true professional

I called them before purchasing the deal and they answered my questions. Once I purchased the deal, they did not answer my phone calls or call me back to schedule.

Work was performed quickly and professionally. Completely satisfied.
