+ -1 moreTHE PICK UP OF THE DUMPSTER WAS SCHEDULED ON A THURSDAY. WHEN THE PICK UP DID NOT OCCUR, THE SECRETARY CALLED ON FRIDAY AND WAS TOLD SOMEONE WOULD BE DISPATCHED TO HANDLE THE PICK UP. ON SATURDAY MORNING THE DUMPSTER WAS NOT EMPTY. A PHONE CALL WAS MADE AND A MESSAGE LEFT FOR A RETURN CALL. NINETY MINUTES LATER THERE WAS NO PHONE CALL AND SO ANOTHER CALL WAS MADE AND THE DUMPSTER GOT EMPTIED ALMOST 2 COMPLETE DAYS LATE.
Description of Work: WE ORDERED A 3 YARD DUMPSTER TO CARRY AWAY COMMERCIAL WASTE AFTER COMMUNITY EVENT.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE TO US. WE CALLED AND THEY WERE OUT THE NEXT DAY WITH THEIR CONTAINER TO HAUL AWAY ALL OF OUR WASTE. WE WERE ABLE TO PUT LARGE ITEMS IN THE CONTAINER WITHOUT HAVING TO CUT THEM UP. IT WAS A BIG HELP.
