Description of Work: Our bathroom sink or lavatory was leaking. We called his Plumbing Services company to look at it and give me an estimate. He did. So we paid him less than he estimated because he did not replace the kitchen drainer which he thought was broken but yet he fixed it to make it work for less than his original quote.

+ -1 morePorfirio Diaz has been our plumber for about three years; he has installed toilets, faucets, etc. and has made multiple repairs (toilet "tune-ups," fixing leaky faucets, etc.) He always does a great job and charges very reasonable prices. Note: Mr. Diaz is a one-man operation; he does not have the huge fixed overhead of large plumbing companies with large numbers of employees, trucks, etc. We ENJOY having Porfirio come to our home. He is personable, polite and gracious. He has worked many years in the plumbing industry; he works quickly and efficiently. He has the know-how and parts to do the job right the FIRST TIME.
