I chose Century Upholstery, which did a wonderful job. Ron listened patiently and carefully to my tale of woe, made recommendations which I accepted, and restored my sofa cushions to my complete satisfaction.

Couldn't ask for higher quality and customer service. Communication and upholstery first rate: exemplary.

The work and the service was great. I wish they handed me all my cushions wrapped in plastic. Brand new upholstery and they didn't even protect my cushions. The cushions came out great though. The only issue we had was with the receptionist. Ditzy, kept telling us she'd keep us informed and kept promising to call. We had to keep calling to get the information. She even quoted us over price because she can't multiply /add. We had to point it out to her that we were being overcharged and her math wasn't adding up. She was very polite and cordial though. So maybe math just isn't her strong point. I would just recommend double checking your quote before paying.

Very good customer service. For a reasonable fee they picked up and delivered the furniture and they were also finished a few days before the estimated time frame. Would definitely use they again.

The workmanship and customer service could not have been better. The price was very reasonable. Were very happy with Ron and his employees and recommend Century very highly.

Workmanship was good. They covered with wrong material first time. One employee was unpleasant to work with. We asked for a call back from the manager 2 times, which never happened.

She said the quality was great.

They are so professional and I would highly recommend them to anyone. It has been a wonderful experience.

Ron came to my home to provide an estimate and to select a fabric for the chairs. He provided me with an excellent estimate which included photographs of the items to be reupholstered and the fabric with pricing by the item. After I made a decision on which jobs I wanted to move forward on, he came to my home and picked up the chairs and piano bench cover. He gave me an approximate completion date which was met and returned the furniture to my home. I am very pleased with the job and how my new chairs look! The work was done in a professional manner and I look forward to using this firm again when I have additional jobs.

I had four items reupholstered at Century Upholstery; three of which had been purchased from Ethan Allen about 35 plus years ago, still in good condition as far as the frame, etc. but of course needing new fabric. I did check stores for the possibility of purchasing new, but could not find the same couch; also the price to buy new was way more than it would have cost to have them reupholstered. I also had a wingback chair which had belonged to my mother. The approximate cost of $2800 was for reupholstering all four pieces plus the fabric for the wingback chair; I supplied the fabric for the couch and two chairs. Ron and his crew did a beautiful job; the quality of the work was excellent and everything looks brand new . Being able to keep my couch was very important to me as I just could not find another like it. I spent a lot of time looking thru piles of fabric books with Jaleesa who gave a lot of good advice and suggestions with the color scheme and was very patient when I kept changing my mind. After my furniture was returned to me, my cat, who had just had surgery, urinated on one of the chair cushions. Once again Jaleesa was there for me. At her suggestion I had the fabric dry cleaned (instead of replaced as I was going to do) and they redid the cushion and had it back to me in a matter of a couple of days. Although the original job took a little longer than I had anticipated, it was understandable because this was around the Thanksgiving/Christmas holidays and they had some big jobs lined up. However, the wait was well worth it and I would not hesitate to use Century Upholstery again. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them, and only them, again. Thank you Century Upholstery for a job well done. I love my ?new? furniture!

It came back brand new and they picked up and delivered at different locations

Our experience with Century Upholstery was wonderful! Jaleesa (in the office) and Ron (the owner) were our points of contact and both were very pleasant and professional. The sofa was picked up from our home on 4/24/2014 and delivered back to us on May 12th, 2014. Ron promised us a great outcome and he was right. We appreciated the speedy estimate and the follow up through out the process. Everything promised was delivered! We would definitely use Century Upholstery again--and refer them to others looking for a quality upholstery job. Ron and Jaleesa both made us confident in our decision to use Century Upholstery and we are very glad that we did. Their pricing was competitive and the results could not have been better!! Ron is very personable and made us feel that he really cared about us and our sofa. It's a joy to meet someone who is passionate about doing a good job for his customers. Great job, Jaleesa, Ron, and the people who actually worked on our sofa!!

Century took excellent care of my rocking chair and recovered it beautifully, along with the matching foot stool. They had a wide variety of fabric selections and they helped me select the perfect fabric. The chair was beautiful before I took it to Century and it is magnificent now.

They were punctual and professional. They showed up at the agreed upon time to look at fabrics and discuss options. The work was well done and delivered on time.

We bought a La-Z-Boy lift chair for my husband and was told it did not come with covers for the arms. The saleslady referred us to Century. They had reupholstered my couch 2 years ago and I was very happy with their work. I went to Century and picked out material samples for my husband's chair and my La-Z-Boy chair also. I took them home and they were both great matches. Ron came out to measure the arms (and give me a bid on redoing my dining room chairs). Because my chair is leather he suggested a backing for the arm covers that would prevent the covers from slipping off. The new chair arm covers are a perfect fit and will help keep the chairs protected over the years to come.

The pricing was competitive and they did a good job.

I went in with the chair in the back of my truck. Met with Ron and picked out fabric from a good selection of reasonably priced choices. He said it would probably be 4 weeks, but 18 days later I received a call that it was ready and arranged to have it delivered. It looks great.

In both cases I found the material myself because I was looking for specific colors. Again, I brought the material to be used to Century and they did an excellent job of recovering my chairs. I have also used them for several misc. tasks as well. They picked up the chairs at my house and returned them when the work was completed. All times they did excellent work. The chairs were done when promised, and they even created extra arm and head cushions for me. I will used the again if and when I need any upholstery work and I recommend them to anyone looking for old-fashioned quality work.

If I could give them an A+, I would! Ron and his team were amazing. They were honest with their material recommendations - we reupholstered 8 dining room chairs with synthetic leather instead of real leather. It saved us a lot of money, will wear better and looks almost the same. The material we selected was on back order but we didn't know that when he took the chairs. He called us to give us an update and was very apologetic. We were so pleased when the chairs came back that we let him take our kitchen chairs to fixed the padding and support (antique chairs). He quoted us a price which we agreed to but when I picked them up, the bill was about $75 less than he told us. He said once they took the chairs apart, they didn't need as much repair and reinforcement as he was expecting so he was able to do it for less. Now that's honesty for you!! I highly recommend them not only for their work but their integrity too!

The job took longer than planned, but they looked great when he delivered them back to my home.

Both recliners took about three (3) weeks to complete which is fine. The recliners were returned today (by Ron Hanak) and it hard to know that they were the same chairs that left the house. The LB was cut-down and re-shaped so that I can sit in it with my feet on the ground. The padding is first class and it supports the lower back and shoulders. s The back was brought outward so that you don't sag into the chair. The arm rest was cut-down to reasonable size. With the fabrics chosen and the workmanship that went into both chairs, they look to be $1500 recliners. The workmanship is of the highest quality and I recommend them to anybody who wants a "new" chair from a 'wreck'! We had them take another living room chair to be reupholstered b/c of their outstanding workmanship.

Called, they came out the next day with three books with many fabric samples. We had them modify one of the chairs to match the other. They hauled away the furniture that day and brought them back and placed them a little over two weeks later. The quality of their workmanship was excellent. The salesman was knowledgable and pleasant.

Everything turned out great. They were very responsive and helpful.

It was a good experience. They charged what they said they would and the work was fine.
