THE SERVICEMEN WERE NOT VERY COURTEOUS AND I'M NOT SURE THAT THE PROBLEM WAS FIXED THE FIRST TIME. WHEN THE SYSTEM WASN'T WORKING AGAIN THE SECOND SERVICEMAN WAS SURLY AND INFERRED THAT SOMEONE HERE TURNED IT OFF. IF THAT WAS THE CASE & THEY DIDN'T HAVE TO DO ANY WORK TO REPAIR THE PROBLEM, I FEEL LIKE THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN NICE ABOUT IT & NOT CHARGE AN EXORBITANT PRICE FOR NOTHING!
Description of Work: BOILER SYSTEM WASN'T HEATING. SERVICEMAN SAID THAT THERMO COUPLER NEEDED REPLACING & ALSO BOILER COUPLINGS ON PUMP; FLOW SWITCH WAS WEAK & NOT FUNCTIONING. I ASKED FOR REPAIR TO BE DONE & A FEW MONTHS LATER, THE SYSTEM WASN'T HEATING AGAIN. CALLED FOR SERVICE & SERVICEMAN SAID THAT THE SWITCH WAS OFF? THEY SAID THEY JUST NEEDED TO TURN IT ON AND CHARGED ME ANOTHER $80.
