Description of Work: I have depended on the services of Mr. Davila for the last 15 years and found him to be honest, skillful and trustworthy. He responds to calls promptly and will tell you when he can be there. He is NOT a "bubba." His prices are reasonable, and he is a full service independent. He is good at general plumbing as well as unclogging drains. I highly recommend him.

+ -1 moreVery well. The Job was scheduled in two days. Luis showed up as scheduled for all work (As he did for the several bids we had asked of him before). Demolition and tub replacement were done the first day. The second day, tile was done. The Tiling was done by a second man who worked under Luis. Both men seemed quite experienced, and explained their methods and materials when working. The result was a simple but very nice bathtub / shower combo. I was also impressed with his responsiveness after the job was finished, to fix a perceived problem which wasn't his. A day after completion we received a call of a leak from our downstairs neighbor. We immediately called Luis and he came out that day to investigate. After about an hour of investigation (and even preparing for rework), it came to our attention that the leak was from a different pipe then ours, and had been happening for months before our project. The repair of this work was transferred to the complex plumber. It's been two weeks later and the job holding up great. I would recommend him to anyone needing this kind of service.
Description of Work: New bathtub and tile in small condo: The job involved removing an old tub / shower combination and replacing it with a new bathtub and a ceramic tile shower area. Also, a small amount of repair work to the wall was done. The bath tub and tile were supplied by owner, Faucet fixtures were supplied by Luis (24 Hour Plumbing & Heating).
