Gilbert and crew come twice a month to mow the lawns and trim the hedges. It's no big deal: I have simple requirements, and Gilbert fulfills them perfectly. I'm very happy with his work. ($100 per month)

Gilbert and his crew arrived on time on the scheduled date. They softly and completely removed all of the morning glory (horrible plant killer), weeds, shrubs, and fig tree from our back yard. They hauled away all of the stuff and cleaned up after the work was completed. I was amazed at how fast he cleaned the area. Our back yard is over 100 feet in width! I will definitely use his services again.

Gilbert was prompt, and hard working. We decided to hire him on as our regular bi-weekly landscaper to take care of the maintenance of the property. He is doing a great job.

From the initial contact, Gilberto Hernandez, the owner, was very receptive and helpful in doing the entire project. I had requested an estimate based on a list I provided and he provided the cost of each part. Although the work started somewhat later than what I wanted due to his other work commitment, once started, the team finished the project timely. The work started on June 29 Saturday and was completed on July 3. A crew of 7 came on Saturday all day, 3 on Monday all day, and 4 on Wednesday for half day. The following points were considered very good. 1. they came on time. 2. Gilberto worked with me on changes to the original plan. 3. Gilberto discussed the options for plants that were not available. 4. he confirmed the placement of various plants. 5. everyone worked diligently the entire time. 6. price was reasonable compared to the other quotes I received. 7. the quality of work is considered very good. 8. the cleanup after each day was well done. 9. Gilberto came everyday and gave instructions to everyone. 10. for the changes made after the start of the work, he worked with me charging reasonable amounts. Given the overall quality and Gilberto's diligent attitude to do things right, I plan to have him do the weekly maintenance from now on.

I was very, very happy with his work. My yard now looks amazing and is ready for summer.

Gilbert has been gardening for us every week for about 3 months and he and his crew are great! He does a very thorough job and we are very happy with everything he has done. We will continue to use him in the future.

They cleaned up an area behind our garage. We had a good experience. They were very prompt. Basically they did their job and they left, taking all of the stuff they cleaned up in our yard with them.

Gilbert did an excellent job, and did a few things extra that I did not ask him to do. He will be back on 2/13/2013.

Overall, I am very pleased with Gilbert. He is easy to get a hold of and answers my calls and texts. He showed up on time and on the days that he said he would be at my house. He advised that he works on Saturdays and half days Mondays on new projects. He came two Mondays in a row and completed the work, as he said he would. He was courteous, knowledgeable and very patient. I am excited about Gilbert being my landscaper and hope to have a long lasting professional relationship. Further, I have called him to revamp my mother's sprinkler system, too. I recommend Gilbert to anyone who is unhappy with their current landscaper/gardener or who wants someone who cares about the work they do.

The original clean up went very well were he did what he promised and it was also educational in that it confirmed our suspicion that the old gardener did not know plants as well as he said he did. Weekly maintenance has also gone well because we no longer worry what the gardener is doing. It is taken care of and looks nice. We no longer think about our garden, we just enjoy it.

Gilbert started in September and I am pleased with the service. He is careful when weeding around the plants and rose bushes. I told him that I am trying to go organic with the lawn and plant care. He responded with "no problem" and used an old fashion mower that cuts with a cylinder blade and drops the cut grass back on the lawn. I am looking forward to working with him since he listens and tries to do exactly what I have asked him to do, such as, leaf blower at a minimum, organic lawn care.

The work itself went well, and I am pleased with the quality and speed of the job. My only issue was that Gilbert was over an hour late to the job. Obviously, not a huge issue, but it did alter the schedule of my day. Otherwise, I was very satisfied. He was easy-going and efficient. Would probably use him again.

It went great overall! Gilbert spent approximately half a day doing what he needed to do and our yard looks great! Saves me time and worry about having to maintain our landscape.

I have enjoyed having Gilbert do our initial garden set up. He is a pleasant man who knows his stuff and is eager to help. I had a landscaper, whom I also found on Angie's List, do drawings for our front and back yards. Gilbert was able to interpret the drawings and even recommended a nursery for us to procure our plants. He offered a very decent price for the work. He has been very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. He even fixed a couple of our sprinklers! Should we need any further gardening services, I would not hesitate to contact Gilbert.

He charges $50 a month and comes twice a month. I have no complaints. He is very reliable and does a good job.

They are a team of three gardeners and they did a great job. They come once a month.

They are very clean and neat. They keep everything nice. They are very convenient and they come consistently on schedule to do just what is needed. I started using them about six or seven months ago after a family member recommended them to me.
