Accurate Window Cleaning

The owner of the company, RIck, answered my phone call the day after Christmas, and even though he had given his staff the weekend off, he managed to get 4 guys out to our home the very next day to spend 5 hours cleaning windows, screens, and gutters. All 4 of the workers were highly skilled, courteous, and respectful of our property. When working inside, they wore shoe covers to keep all floor surfaces clean. After washing out the gutter, they wiped down the entire outdoor surface of the house to get rid of any mud and debris. They were efficient and worked quickly, and Rick worked right alongside them every step of the way. I highly recommend this company. They are not cheap, but they are worth every penny. You get what you pay for, and what we got was squeaky clean windows, screens, gutters, etc. with not one leak, not one dirt spot, not one broken window or screen, and a house that is 50% brighter inside than it was before. Rick has 37 years of experience and takes a great deal of pride in providing the very best in customer service and customer satisfaction.

They did a very good job. Were very careful when working inside the house, using boot covers on their shoes. Their supplies were clean and fresh. I've had other window washers use rags that were dirty and mildew smelling. The price was higher than any other company I've used.

They're a little pricey, but they were good. They came out from Redondo Beach. I probably wouldn't use them again since it was so far out. The windows look really good, though.

My husband and I wanted to give a gift to the couple who let us house sit for them for ten weeks. Because the house had been under construction for the previous 6 months, the windows were exceptionally dirty from all of the dust etc., and we thought what better gift than shiny clean windows when they came home? I have used Accurate Window a number of times before selling our house in LA, and didn't consider anyone else for the job. Rick came out right away and gave his estimate - we scheduled for the next week. As always, the crew arrived right on time and did an exceptional job. These were not easy windows - the home is two stories on a steep hillside. Also, the windows are wood clad over aluminum, with lots of small panes. The homeowners couldn't have been happier to come home to clean windows.

The windows were good. However, on my bathroom window, it has bars. The man was just not going to wash it on the outside until I realized he didn't do it and then asked him about it. I told him how to do it and then he did it and it was just fine. I was a bit disappointed in the patio. I told the owner that I had some rust stains and he said they could put acid on it. The places that had the rust stains turned white. I paid extra for that, but I felt like I exchanged rust stains for white "stains." My patio is Arizona slate (kind of goldish-yellow.) I don't quite know how to say this, but the area by the gate where the AC is, as well as my garbage can has a porous concrete. They put the sealant on that, and it just didn't take the sealant. The previous person I had do the power wash and sealant didn't attempt to seal that -- meaning he knew not to. So, when they left, they walked on the sealant with their boots and there were black spots everywhere that I couldn't get off. I had to take the attitude that the white stains would fade and so would the black stains with the hot summer coming -- and they did! The men were all very nice, but I had the impression that one or two might be new at this job.

They did a very good job, and their staff was pleasant. The interaction with them was very good. The owner seemed very straightforward and honest.

Rick and his team were very professional and they go above and beyond the normal scope of work. The exterior of our building was very clean. Rick is a perfectionist and performs the job wholeheartedly. My only complaint was trying to get Rick paid. He's so busy that he didn't mind waiting a month for payment (not by my terms...). I highly recommend using Rick and his company for your window cleaning needs. The price was not the cheapest but I am sure that the workmanship was the best.

the 2 guys were super nice and very helpful but only thing, they didn't scrape off any paint or stubborn marks as this isn't covered by the company guidelines which seemed a bit odd.

When the owner of the company came out to do the estimate he was talking on his cell phone the entire time about personal information with another party. The day that the job was scheduled the worker was really late but they decreased the price of the job a lot so that was good

Have used Rick many times now and he always does a good job. I noticed something that looked like scratches after they left. I emailed Rick and he was back in, I think, less than an hour. They were removed with very fine steel wool. Rick is my window cleaner and will be for a long time.

Rick got back to me right away and his staff showed up on time. They we professional and did an amazing job, leaving no mess behind. Our windows look great! Will definitely be using them again.

Rick showed up with 3 other men to do our windows and screens. Rick is so friendly and a pleasure to work with. We had about 40 windows and they did a great job. Wore booties in the house which I appreciate because we have some light carpets. Before they left one of the men walked through the house with me to make sure I was happy with the windows and screens in each room. Touched up in a few places and was very pleasant about it. I'd definitely use them again!

Fabulous job. My windows have not been washed in years. Three guys, Arnel, Victor and Caesar, came and did a superior job. I was quite anal about every spot that was left behind, very few at that, and without a bip of complained one of them got on it a took care of it. Through out the time they were here they kept telling me to please tell them if I am not completely satisfy. I'll definitely hire them again.

The 3 guys were very prompt they wore booties inside cause i do have light carpet. They were very good all windows sparkle. I would surely have them come back again.

Rick conducted an outside inspection, gave me an estimate that evening, and invited me to call to set up an "appointment" if I was satisfied with the estimated costs. I was satisfied and I called, thinking he would need to inspect inside (checking for obstacles like desks, curtains and shades). No. The appointment was for the actual cleaning which occurred at a mutually agreed upon time the following week. A team of five appeared at the appointed time, clearly organized to do as much work as efficiently as possible. I have a big house with lots of windows and 15 years of accumulated dirt. The team had matters in hand and under control and produced spotless windows and window seals in a little over three hours. It was wonderful to see. The transformation was stunning.

Rick, the owner, came out and gave me an estimate for window cleaning (inside, outside, and screens) the same day I called. I scheduled the appointment and Rick and a crew of 4 came out on time and ready to go. Rick supervised his 4 crew members and they got my entire place (which included windows on three levels and 2 very large skylights) done in only about an hour. He even had is grew go up on my roof to clean my skylights, the other window cleaners I've used in the past never did this. Everyone came in with shoe covers and Rick made sure that there was no damage done to my walls, etc. while his crew moved in and out several different sized ladders.

Rick and his crew were great. Rick did an estimate the say day I called him. Setting up the appointment for cleaning was also a breeze and the crew showed up on time and did a great job cleaning the windows.

Based on reviews, I telephoned Accurate Window Cleaning and spoke with the owner, Richard, and explained everything that needed cleaning. The next day he came over and looked at the exterior and then telephoned and gave me an estimate over the phone based on what he had seen at the house and my further description of an additional skylight and the doors on the patio. The price would be $340 but I would get an Angie's list discount of 10% so I only had to pay $306. My house is a ranch style with 14 windows, 5 sets of patio sliding glass doors, 1 French glass door and 3 skylights. The appointment was set for July 8 and the cleaning crew of four people showed up on time and promptly got to work. Two worked on the inside and two worked on the outside. They were careful to not damage anything as they quickly worked away. Everything came out sparkling clean and I could not be more pleased!

Rick (owner of Accurate Window Cleaning) showed up at the time specified and was very personable. He and his assistant thoroughly cleaned the exterior and interior of my home windows. I have a 2-story home and all the windows look great!! He also cleaned the window tracks inside and out. They look brand new. Rick was very professional. He is detailed oriented and does not do sloppy work, on the contrary, he is very matriculate. I would not hesitate to recommend Accurate Window Cleaning to anyone needing their windows cleaned.

All went perfectly. My house is large, over 3000 Sq. feet. 3 workers worked for 21/2 hours. They did all by hand. No power water cleaning which I did not want. The owner,Rick, was terrific.Worked really hard.
