Excellent! High windows and low windows. Took off some crusty stuff off of my sliding glass door. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

We have a large home with many windows, including cathedral type and a skylight. Casement windows with lots of dirt-laden and grimy sills. Rick was courteous, conscientious, and able to accommodate a tight schedule with very little notice. Loving our new sparking clean windows, screens, and sills! Feeling like we can breathe better already! We really appreciate his ability to accommodate our schedule and will be repeat customers for a long time to come!

It was PERFECT! Rick was a very kind and warm person, with great customer service skills and the highest degree of professionalism. His workers were efficient, careful and did an amazing job. I will absolutely use his service again!

They did a great job. Absolutely fabulous job. The only issue I have, they didn't clean the bottom of a screen. I have reached out a few times, but despite speaking with the owner, they have not come out to fix it.

This is the 2nd time I have hired Accurate Window Cleaning and I am very pleased with the work done, once again. The crew showed up on time at 9am and worked quietly and efficiently. I asked one of the workers if they could assist me with taking down a stairwell chandelier so I could clean it since they had a ladder and they were cleaning the windows above the chandelier and he was happy to assist. Rick communicates very quickly with estimate and scheduling via email and text so you know just what to expect.

Able performed the work, and he is remarkable. The service has been remarkable. They are very great and do wonderful work. I feel they are well worth taking the time to share this review. They're great and anyone who would choose to use them would be very happy with their service.

I am sorry to report that we had a very bad experience with Rick's crew. This was the 2nd time we used Accurate in the last few years. Rick was present the first time we hired this company, and that made a big difference. On the Monday they were due to wash, because of rain likelihood Rick suggested only washing inside & coming back in a couple of days to do the outside. The inside work went fine on the Monday. On the Wednesday, when they returned, they came 1-1/2 hours later than Rick told us they would arrive. He had said on Monday that they'd be doing a job near L.A. Airport early Wednesday morning. The airport is about 20 minutes from where we live, and Rick said they would have no trouble getting to our place by 9 am. However, they actually came from Long Beach-- way far from L.A. Airport, and showed up at 10:30. We had carpet cleaners coming between noon and 3 pm and thought it still would work, as Rick estimated it would take 1-1/2 hours. It took exactly that; they finished at noon. Again, the washing was fine. However, the two men who did the outside didn't leave until 2:30 and interfered greatly with the carpet cleaning-- at one point the carpet people had to pull out their vacuum cleaning equipment and stop work for some time-- BECAUSE IT TOOK THEM 2-1/2 HOURS TO REPLACE THE ALARM SCREENS SO THAT OUR ALARM WORKED. Both my husband and I had warned these 2 gentlemen BEFORE they began the job to be very careful with the little tubes used to hook up the alarm screen, as they are fragile. Instead, a couple of them fell into two separate window panes. They tried and tried to get the tubes out, and could not! What really bothered me was that they tried to convince us the alarm was fully activated when the information screen clearly said a "bypass" was in effect, and any burglar could come in the window of our back room. One of the men then tried to convince us that the fact one zone still was not "ready" was because the carpet cleaning vacuum was pulled through the front door, and both the front-door screen and door were on the same zone. We kept telling them this was not the case. Finally, the carpet people had to stop their work, pulled out the vacuum and proved the back-bedroom alarm still didn't work. It was a nightmare!! They would not take responsibility & could not figure out how to fix what they had caused. Finally, they called Rick, he suggested they borrow a metal hanger from us, and they were at last able to fix it. It was an awful 2-1/2 hours AFTER all the windows were cleaned. They were careless and unable to complete a professional job without Rick's help. Rick is a very nice guy. And they do a good job cleaning. But I would never have them back because we couldn't go through that extended hassle again. Nobody with alarm screens should have to.

All went well. Arrived on time with a crew of 7. Did all the work as agreed upon. Though I feel this company is more expensive, they certainly provided an outstanding job. I have tried several other window washers who, though considerably less expensive, did not do the job to my satisfaction. Therefore, I "bit the bullet" and paid the higher price. Happily, I was not disappointed and would use this company, headed by a very conscientious Rick Matthews, again for all my future window washing needs. He is trustworthy (I was not home when he came, though someone was here) and careful. This is, after all, my home!

Rick and his assistant did not just clean my windows and screens, he DETAILED them. His work is the equivalent of a car detailer, not a car wash. He arrives on time, is very careful with the house and windows, and is a very pleasant man to have in your home. I cannot say enough good things about Accurate and Rick.

They are coming tomorrow. It went great. I am using him again tomorrow.

Great work. Rick came out to complete an estimate the day I called, after I approved it via e-mail we scheduled the cleaning. He and his crew were on time, professional, and expert at their work. The windows are sparkling. Moreover, Rick helped me to contact the manufacturer for a couple of warranty issues related to the window seals. What more can you ask for than a contractor who does his job and more? Great experience.

Rick was professional, quick, responsive and a nice guy to boot. We needed windows cleaned ASAP and he was able to accommodate our last minute request for a reasonable price. Received quote shortly after we spoke. He came the next day. Windows, screens and tracks all cleaned. Windows are spotless, like when we first moved in. Excellent job by Rick and his crew! Highly recommend this company. Will use them again in the future.

Cleaned all windows perfectly. Great attention to detail. Windows and frames had drops of paint stuck to them and they removed them all. Very good quality work and very professional. Cleaned all my mirrors too.

They were great. They even used razor blades to get paint off the windows and the price was fair.

Rick and his crew did a fabulous job at my home in Altadena. This was a labor-intensive job because the house has louvered windows in most of the rooms. Rick was extremely professional. He walked the property and sent me an estimate before we scheduled the work. They did exactly what he said they would do and took the time to do a thorough, complete job. They were pleasant, but hardworking and worked non-stop for several hours until the job was done. I was very comfortable having them in the house. The windows are pristine, now, as are the sills and tracks inside and out. It's amazing! The windows are so clean that you can hardly tell they're there. I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants an outstanding job done by professionals who take pride in their work. Exemplary!

Rick was very prompt to give us a fair estimate. Rick admitted to me that Angies list keeps him busy and that he pays for adverts that keep him at the top of the list. His guys came but no sign of Rick. The work was ok. They said that they would need special remover to clean the inside of the bathroom window that they did not have. My usual guy ( who hurt his back ) always cleaned it with no problem I also asked for the skylight to be cleaned but that never happened. the windows were clean but they have looked better.I never saw Rick again . Moving on

Fine. Pricier than who I used before.

. I had little louvered windows that He counted as one. Richard Matthew did all my rear house windows, and his helper did all the front windows. They made sure that the contacts for the wiring of the alarm were functioning correctly. They also cleaned the windows beautifully. They were efficient. I will certainly recommend them to my friends. Rick and his crew did a great job. Communication was easy, scheduling was a breeze. They did a thorough job cleaning and were very courteous and professional. They were patient and wonderful with our Golden Retrievers, too, who followed them around the whole time. :)

You'd have to ask my neighbors whether they were happy with the power-washing; my issue was that the workers stood on the top of the fence between our properties -- which was slippery because of the water and dangerous because of the force exerted by the pressure gun itself -- and aimed the pressure-washer at their house. While it may be a 4-5 foot fall back on to their property, it is easily 8-10 feet down to a very hard surface on our side. I had to ask them to get off the dividing fence -- which is 5" wide -- not just once, but twice for fear the workers would fall. Neighbors like it when you keep your property up, but not when doing so presents a dangerous situation that crosses property lines.
