Prompt and professional. Great job.

The crew was on time, polite, efficient and wore booties indoors to protect my carpets. They worked quickly were attentive to any problems I mentioned and were excellent about cleanup. My greenhouse window, which is 2 stories high, has never been so clean. I would use them again because window cleaning services that I have used in the past couldn't compare. It was worth the price.

Richard came over as soon as I called late on Saturday afternoon to give me an estimate. He chatted, wrote up the estimate and left - no pressure. I called on Monday and set up the appointment for 3 days later. Workers showed up on time, cleaned (the job took about 2.5 hours) quietly -I was working at home. The windows sparkled and the old paint on the skylight and the stain on the frame were removed. I'm very happy with the job!

After receiving an Angie's List Big Deal for this vendor, we called and made an appointment. He arrived within 10 minutes of the scheduled time (which, given LA traffic, is very good). The work was done quickly, quietly and professionally. The owner was one of the people doing the work, and he was polite and pleasant. The quality was extremely good. His other assistants are clearly experienced and high quality, not just "day workers" or anything of that caliber. High attention to detail. I would use again and would happily recommend to others.

It went splendidly. Rick and his crew of two men arrived promptly at the appointed time, quickly reviewed the job and gave us an estimate. They began work, and after two hours, were joined by two other workmen coming off another job, and finished up in another hour, total of three hours. The windows are sparkling and they left their workareas neat and clean. And I got a 20% discount on an Angie's List coupon!

Rick and his crew were excellent. They took great care inside the house - even wearing surgical booties over their shoes! The windws are spotless. The screens are cleaner than they have ever been and put back in correctly, which I can't say for the last guy who was here. And it's a small thing, but I appreciate that the crew wasn't listening to loud music (or anything at all) and they spoke softly while communicating. For someone whose home office keeps going whether there are contractors here or not, that's important. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Rick, who is the owner, and another gentleman were friendly and quick. Did a very thorough job including a nice cleaning of the screens and sills. Overall a positive experience.

Professional, clean, quick. I got a crew of two gentlemen, one did the interior and one did the exterior. They brought all their own equipment, ladders, buckets, soap, squeegees, towels and booties for when they came inside. All they needed was water. They cleaned the window panes, all the dirt out of the window tracks and dust/dirt on the window sill and washed all the screens. My home is pretty tall (high ceilings, windows in the stairway) and they had no problems reaching anything. I appreciated that they were careful with my walls when moving the ladders in and around the house. When i went back to check the work, I pointed out a couple spots and he addressed them right away and made sure I was happy with all the windows before they packed up. I was selling my house and having the windows clean made a huge difference. I think it made the house feel bigger and certainly newer.

Team arrived earlier than originally scheduled; moved quickly through house and completed job in approximately 1/2 hour.

Rick and his crew of five arrived at the appointed time and completed the work in 1 1/2 hours. They were very professional, organized, neat, and left my windows s*** and span. I was very pleased with their work.

The windows look great - very high quality wash and no spots. They were very professional and worked quickly and they were very considerate of the floors and furniture. I got a free estimate and then when they came back to do the work the bill was as quoted, no hidden fees or costs. I'd use them again and I've already referred them to other people.

I couldn't have been happier. Rick Matthews came many miles in rush hour traffic to give me an estimate which was very fair. He was talkative and friendly. He warned me that the constant hosing down of the atrium window was a problem and that they could perhaps get rid of half. They did much better than that! His crew of 4 came in a bright red, shiny, well-maintained truck, much like a fire truck, which showed to me that these men ran a tight ship. They were acrobats for sure, scaling the large atrium window from the roof, and extending their ladders to incredible heights on the inside too. They were a pleasure to watch. Even in the most intense heat they worked hard and managed to get most of the horrible hard water residue that had been accumulating for 30 years. And even though not all the windows and doors were covered in the estimate, they did everything anyway, including washing down all the stairs, coiling my impossible hoses and anything else that caught their attention in the process before they left. They did an excellent job and I recommend them highly.

I thought they provided excellent service and they accomplished exactly what I wanted. The price was very reasonable and it only took 3 hours to do everything.
