Rick arrived on time and to provide esitmate.On the day of the window cleaning Rick and Team arrived on time and did an excellent job. The estimate was to the penny . I would recommend Accurate Window Cleaning to anyone needing a great window cleaning. They cleaned the windows sliders, garage door and windows, tracks and screens. We live in three story townhome. Thanks to Angies List and Rick and his team.

Owner of company came and gave estimated. Came back on Friday went to work rest of crew came and went to work all windows cleaned in 2 hours. Great job no big mess and all windows super clean. Already recommend to others and I will use them next year again,

Timely response for estimate prior to securing job. On day of job, showed up early with crew and neatly, efficiently and professionally completed job and reinstalled all screens and reconnected burgular alarm to working order.

Rick Mathews came to my home and gave me an estimate the day a call was placed to request an estimate. He arrived during the window of time he gave me and we began to tour the house. While we toured the house and he viewed the scope of the proposed job, Rick was making a detailed estimate and offering helpful hints on maintaining my windows and increasing the life of the windows. I needed the screens to four Milgard sliding glass doors to be installed. Rick offered to install the screens at no extra charge. I was so excited about his offer as we have been declined by so many window companies to install the screens for us since the Milgard screens re a little tricky to install. We met on a Thursday evening for the estimate and Rick and his crew were able to complete the job the following Monday. Rick and his crew did a marvelous job. Rick was very knowledgeable in how to access the outside skylight without cracking the roof tiles. When our estimate appointment ended, I felt secure that he and his crew would do a job job. Rick takes pride in a job well done. His life is his business and he has built it from the ground up. I will definitely use his services again.

Rick and his crew came to wash 20 windows in a two story house, half upstairs. He also pressure washed an area of concrete to remove an oil stain. His crew was very professional and did a great job on the windows, cleaning them inside and out, screens, sills and channels. I never thought the windows were that dirty until when they were finished and man, all the light that came in was amazing!!! The oil stain was 99% removed (I knew and was told it would not be 100% and now is hardly noticeable. Got a good quote for power washing AND sealing all out concrete patio. Will be calling him back for sure for that job PLUS my gutters and windows on rental property. I do not feel you will be disappointed in his work..

They were here right when they said they would be and they did a nice job. They kept busy the whole time. I like how they were very thorough and cleaned the window sill very well. I was very pleased with the outcome. They even went above and beyond and cleaned the screens. I would definitely use them again.

My windows are sparkling! Rick and his crew arrived on time. They were efficient and very careful not to damage wood floors or anything that might block their path. They removed and cleaned all screens and replaced them. Very thorough and careful. They went the extra mile. Have used them before and just as good this time.

Rick came over on a Saturday morning to provide me with a very detail estimate. He was on time, very courteous, answered all my questions and were able to schedule his services within a week. The crew was able to get everything done within the 3.5-hour window he estimated. Everyone was professional. They did a great job and I can't be happier with their service. Rick was a pleasure to work with. He promptly came over to give me an estimate even though it meant coming in the evening since I work. The work was completed as scheduled by a pleasant professional team of two, and my chandeliers look brand new. Now that I have found Accurate Window Cleaning, my chandeliers will never be dirty again. He also gave me an estimate for whole house window and power washing. I will definitely consider these other services in the future.

The job was performed perfectly. I also appreciated the discretion of the crew as they took pains not to stare inside windows. They will all polite & focused on job!

I telephoned Rick for a quote on Tuesday afternoon. He was over within an hour to give the quote. He emphasized how important it was for his employees to do a good job and assured me that while expensive, it was worth it. I booked in for the following day and was initially told his men would be over at 11:30am. He then said it may be 10:30 instead. I was fine with this and could organize to be here whenever needed. The following morning I received a message at 9:40am that his guys were on their way over. I was a bit bummed as I was hoping to duck out, but figured I should wait around. At 10am I called back and the man I spoke to said they were on their way. Great! I'm not sure where they were coming from, but they showed up at 11am and there would have been time for me to run my errand beforehand, but I didn't realize they were going to take this long. They entered the house and put on booties an laid down towels. It was a good impression right off the bat. They removed all screens and got set cleaning. Two men on window's and one working on the patio. I supplied them a garbage bag for all of the leaves outside (there were many) and they moved furniture as needed to get to the windows. The job they did was solid and the windows are sparkling. Before they left I inspected the job and found what looked like water splatters on one window. I pointed this out and was told it would require chemical removal as it was stains and that cost extra. Why was I only told this upon asking? Why wasn't this service offered when they discovered the problem? The rest of the windows looked good and I was pretty happy and paid them. After they left I discovered that some of the furniture had not been put back into position (a problem as I was home alone and was unable to do it until hours later when someone could help me). Also, one of the windows is above the bathtub and there was a lot of dust/dirt that had been knocked down and not cleaned up. Finally, this morning I saw a garbage bag on my patio filled with leaves. It had just been left there. These are all minor inconveniences, but things I feel should have been dealt with. Overall the job they did was very good and I would be happy to hire them back again. I'd just do a more thorough job of checking the work before sending them on their way.

Next day, Rick and his crew showed up right on time and started right into the job. We have a large 3 story home and Rick directed his crew meticuously from top to bottom and worked inside and outside simoultaneously. All of his crew wore "booties" in the house and were dressed in Company attire. All were friendly and extremely careful of their movements. They used cloth protectors over counters, furniture and floors. The performance was excellent and Rick pointed out a few items that will need future repair that I had not noticed. They were also quick and efficient but did an excellent job. One of my best Contractor experiences ever.

Called Rick on Wednesday for a quote to wash the windows for your townhouse rental. We had a time constraint and needed the job to be done on Friday. Also asked about power washing the garage and patio. He completed the quote that afternoon and followed up the next morning to be sure we didn't have any questions. His crew arrived early and finished the job in the time they specified. The crew was professional and courteous. I would use them again. Rick also give us a great first time discount. Will use them again.

As always, Rick and his team arrived right on time. They cleaned all the interior and exterior windows and screens, as well as our skylight. They are meticulous and did everything perfectly. This is our second time hiring Accurate and they are always excellent.

Rick's crew arrived extra early due to complexity of job having adjacent cars nearby in the parking lot. Graffiti was on difficult to reach second story windows of a commercial building. All graffiti was removed satisfactorily. Rick is a pleasure to work with. He promptly met us after we phoned him for an estimate, and a week later the graffiti is gone! We did not have to be there either while he and his crew worked. That shows you how reliable he is!

Accurate Window Cleaning Service arrived on time and began washing all the windows and glass doors in the three story condo. While half the crew did the outside the other half of the crew worked inside the condo. My wife made arrangements to be there because she did not want her 86 year old mother to have to deal with the workers alone. That never turned out to be a problem. All of the workers were friendly and courteous. They all used booties in the house and were very respectful of my mother-in-law's things. Anything they moved, they put back. Within two hours they were done and gone. We would be happy to use them again.

Researched on AL, called, got estimate that day and set up appt. Came on time with 2 of his crew. Took 3 hours to clean all windows of a two story house.

I was quickly called back on my request for service, did not have to wait more than a few days to get the windows cleaned and the company was completely on time and started immediately. The work was continual and they were quiet while doing the job.

The overall job was excellent. They arrived on time with at team of 5 workers. All were all very professional, pleasant and took extreme measures to insure no mess was left in the house. After the job was done, we were very impressed at how the windows sparkled. Have not seen that in a few years! The window runners and sils were also very clean, something that most cleaners do not accomplish. We would hire them again
