Accurate Window Cleaning

I recommend this company. We plan to use them in the future for sparkling clean windows.

Rick, the owner, came to the house to do the estimate the day after I called to do the estimate. I wanted window cleaning and a flagstone patio power washed. House would be empty and patio cleared since we're moving. Scheduled it a few weeks in advance. On the scheduled day a crew of four showed up on time first thing in the morning. One power washed the patio while the others started on the windows, the fourth started windows when the power washing was done. They worked diligently for a few hours, took a well deserved break, and finished before noon. I was impressed with the time it took, even knowing it would be fairly quick since the house was empty and they wouldn't have to move furniture & window coverings I have a 3 story house in places (on a hill) and the windows are mostly large fixed panels with small sliders. About 40 windows including front door, garage doors, a couple stained glass, and 3 skylights. Also have 11 sliding doors. If we were staying in the L.A. Area we wouldn't hesitate to call Accurate again.

This was the most professional team of workers I have ever hire. They went above and beyond what I expected. Very professional in every manner!

Accurate Window Cleaning Service is very highly recommended. From the first contact with Rick, who handles all bookings and arrangements himself, to the team providing the service everything went flawlessly. After a brief call to set up an appointment for an estimate Rick swung by one evening and turned around a very reasonable estimate within the hour. He was then able to arrange to have his team come by within two working days. Other than the team arriving a little later than booked everything went very well. They worked quickly and efficiently and did an excellent job of cleaning up after each window -- not even a spot inside. We also appreciated all the extra cleaning touches the team provided (amazing how many spiders can make their homes in high windows!) Rick joined the team later and himself took on the task of cleaning our gutters, again adding extra in getting all the pine needle debris off our roof and also cleaning up the front porch and deck once finished. All in all Rick and his team did an excellent job at a better price than others we have used in the past. Highly recommended and we will be looking forward to using Accurate again

They were excellent. On time. Reasonable pricing. Prompt. He went over and beyond. A screen came off and he came back immediately. The boss came and stayed with the workers, every minute. They were careful. Perfect professional job.

Amazing but I knew that. This would be the 3rd time using this company. I simply won't use anyone else. I love the fact that Rick the owner answers his phone after 37 years in business. You don't call and get a voice mail having to push 1 for the appointment desk. He takes the calls and comes out to meet you. The crew he sends arrives on time. They are polite. They are great. They work hard. They were at this house much longer that even Rick expected I am sure. They arrived at 7 a.m. and didn't leave until almost 7 p.m. The previous owners were they 17 years. I don't think they ever cleaned the windows. There were stickers on the windows from phony security companies they had to remove, they were so much dirt and dust and these guys did a beautiful job. You can't tell from the photos but after the power washing the back area looked new.

The cleaning went very well. We have already scheduled another cleaning with them for later this month. The price was pretty average for this area.

Came same day I called. Great job. Reasonably priced. Will have him again this year.

They washed all windows inside and out including any tracks on which the windows rested. The owner personally inspected the work of his employees as they worked and did a final inspection when all windows were completed. Everyone was extremely professional while being personable. I was extremely pleased with the results.

I hired Accurate because of the wonderful review os Angie's List. I expected to like them. I wanted to like them and I tried to like them, but I did not like them at all. Rick, the owner, was very responsive and came to give me an estimate the same day I called him. The crew showed up as and when promised, and got to work. When they came to tell me they were done I was flabbergasted - the windows they had "done" had smudges and spots, the tracks were still dirty (in some cases, literally untouched) and the screens were dirty. After I pointed out areas I was unhappy with, they (mostly) fixed them, but the overall job was still so unsatisfactory that I called Rick on his cell phone (he hadn't come to supervise the job) and told him I was extremely unhappy. He spoke to the site supervisor and they did a bit more work and I finally gave up because it seemed like they only cleaned exactly the spot I pointed out. Where there were small flecks of paint they said "it's paint - we can't do anything" (every other window washer I've used has scraped off paint spots with a razor blade). So I scraped away the paint flecks with my fingernail and they were totally gone. I can honestly say that I do a better job of washing my own windows.

Well, I really wanted to give these guys a higher rating. I mean they did an excellent job overall, but did miss some windows and a couple of other things that we were a little disappointed about. Wish they would have washed and cleaned our garage door windows, for instance. Maybe they didn't consider the garage windows part of the deal. I don't know, but it sort of bummed us out since the garage door and its' windows are the first thing people see when they come to our house. Anyway, other than a few little things like that, the windows and screens were done very well and they cleaned them inside and out which I really liked. Pros: Punctual, nice people. Went right to work and left no mess. Overall job was really done well. Cons: Too expensive!! We had already committed to them based upon the reviews in Angie's List because we needed the work done as soon as possible before our holiday guests started arriving. My wife and I decided that due to the fact they were so expensive, we probably would not use them again.

We were pleased with their service, they showed up on time, when they said they would be. The owner was here to ensure that the work was done properly. We live in a 3 story house so for the job that they had to do, they did a very good job.

Rick return my call promptly and stop buy later the same day. He provide us with a written estimate that was better than expected. Rick and his team arrive on time and quickly went to work. It was obvious from the start these guys are professional window cleaners. We have a two story house with several difficult windows to get to due to two trellis blocking access. I receive two no bids from other companies because of the difficulty. In the end it?s the quality of the work that counts and our windows look terrific and we could not be happier.

Rick Matthews, owner, and his associate showed up on time at the job site. They commenced work right away. They removed each screen and washed them outside. They cleaned all window sill tracks. They washed all windows until they were sparkling clean. I highly recommend Rick and his partner to anyone who wants a professional job.

They did a really really good job, except, oddly enough, on two bathroom windows which consisted of textured-opaque glass.

Accurate Window Cleaning was prompt and easy to talk with about some of the work needed. The owner was thorough in stating what they do. It was so nice to have them as they can get up into the areas that we cannot. Everything came out spotless. Chandeliers were done with great care and the men clean up well. We had some mold way up in our skylight area and it now looks like a new skylight. I have hesitated to have a crew come in, but this was done well and professional. They arrived and were very competent in the work. Since the house was on a hill, part of the windows needed a ladder to clean. The ob was done quickly and professionally. The cleaned up and left no mess behind.

Rick Matthews of Accurate Window Cleaning was very responsive to our urgent need due to a water heater breaking and as a result we had rust all over our garage and driveway. Rick came out the following day and did a thorough job ensuring we would not have stains on our floors or walls. He was prompt, thorough, responsive to our urgent needs and did a terrific job. We would recommend him again. His pricing was also very reasonable.

They arrived exactly on time. They were very polite. So polite and nice that I went out and bought them lunch. They were very professional. You could tell they've been doing this type of work a long time. They knew exactly what to do, they had the right tools and mats, they left everything spotless. There were 4 people here but for example I saw 1 person doing windows in 1 area of the house and then I would see someone come and check on him. I am really anal when it comes to this type of work and honestly these guys were perfect and the work they did was excellent. I wouldn't think twice about hiring them again or referring them.

Did a nice job. Came a few minutes late but finished up on time.
