"Every thing was done over the phone. They were able to get onto my computer and correct my problem. It did seem to a little long than they stated but my computer was connected to my printer after I changed internet company's. The price was reasonable and the job was completed."

"They temporarily fixed the problem by bypassing two bad outlets. We had talked about finishing the job on the following Monday the next week.(started on Wednesday) He then sent me an estimate for my entire house to get new outlets for $3000. I messaged him that I couldn't afford to do it for a couple of months, but the two bad outlets were still needing repair and I would like to schedule his soonest available time. He wouldn't respond by text so I called him on Wednesday (a week later) at the end of our conversation, he said he would send a new estimate just for the two outlets. Well, I still haven't heard from him yet. It is now Monday so bottom line is, yes, he's a competent electrician as far as the job itself, but once he realized I wasn't gonna spend $3000 he pretty much forgot about us. l've already scheduled a new electrician to come out."
