Graff's Flooring Service

Overall experience with Steve Graff Flooring was very bad even though he did not lay the linoleum. All Steve had to do was to install the linoleum in the bathtub room in a residential care home for the elderly at a timely fashion. The floor was prep and material were there waiting for him to install. I don't think Steve Graff took in to consideration the clients in the care home their dilemma not having bathtub room available.

I sent an e-mail through Angie's list. It was answered within 3 days. We were out of town when I got the reply with his phone number, so I called when I got back to town. He came out the next day to do an estimate and suggested ideas to make the room look more up to date. We made a date for two days later for him to do the work. He showed up on time with all the equipment ans supplies to complete the job. The work was done quickly and efficiently and our new bathroom floor is beautiful. We will be having him do more work for us when we are ready to replace our old kitchen floor.
