I called several roofers on Angie's list, but only three returned my calls. Forrest of Wasson Roofing was the first to contact me and he arrived promptly to check my roof an give me a quote. His crew arrived a couple of days later to repair the roof leak. They were two very pleasant gentlemen who finished the repairs in a couple of hours and explained where the leak was and the work they accomplished. We had some monsoon weather the following week for several days and the roof repair held for a day. A leak began to develop the second day in the same area as before, but not as bad. I contacted Forrest immediately and he sent someone over to check on the roof again. This time they found a second problem with the roof, which was repaired in a couple of hours at no cost to me. I would definitely use Wasson Roofing again, and recommend them to my friends.

Called up Wasson Roofing around 2/21/15. The owner's wife(?) told me that they were very busy and that Forrest Wasson would call me back as soon as possible, in a day or two. Forrest called me back a couple of days later and said that he would come out to look at the roof the next day. He showed up early in the morning, as promised, and surveyed the roof/leak area. He explained to me that he was very busy with trying to finish up some big roofing jobs between the rainy days and that it might be a month or so before he would be able to start on my roof. Fair enough. So I told him he was hired, and Forrest emailed me a written estimate with 2 different repair options the next day, as promised. I agree to the more extensive roof repair option and sign the agreement and email it back to him on 3/5/15. As earlier explained and expected, about a month later, Forrest calls me and schedules a day to start the repairs. Forrest and his roofing crew show up early in the morning on the agreed upon day and start working on the roof. They do the teardown and repair work in a few hours and finish up by 12 noon. Even blew the leaves and pine needles out of my rain gutters! Paid Wasson Roofing by check after he emailed me their invoice. I didn't go inspect their work up on the roof until a month or so later. I should've, because I found alot of roofing nails scattered all over the back side of the roof, along with pieces of cut shingles, paper shingle wrapping paper, etc. Also found that one of the plastic mounting brackets for the evaporative cooler was cracked/broken. Wasn't cracked/broken before they did the work because I had checked everything up on the roof before they came out to do the repairs. Also, haven't gotten any rain yet since they did the repair work, so it still remains to be seen if the roof is leak free in the repaired area.

From the beginning to the end of our roofing job Wasson Roofing was professional and friendly, a rarity these days. Our new roof looks fantastic and it was done in just two days! We would definitely recommend Wasson Roofing for the job!

I called Wasson to get a proposal for a small repair to my roof. It had damaged plywood underneath in about a 6x6' area in my garage, and was leaking when it rained. The owner, Forest, came pretty quickly and gave me a reasonable quote. I did have some reservations about him from the start because he kept talking about how busy he was with large projects and he would have to fit me in. He said it would be about 2-3 weeks. Ok, no problem. He did call one night after a couple of weeks and wanted to come the next day. I was not able to be home the next day, so I asked him when it would be a good time for him later. He said he didn't know because he didn't know what jobs he would be doing the next week. Then I called back the next week and asked again when he would be available. I was told that he would have to fit me in between his big jobs. I still agreed to this at that point, and asked for 2 days notice. I never heard back from him after that, and called to find out the status. I was told that 2 day notice was a problem, and also that Forest was out of town and couldn't be reached. After giving it some thought, I decided that I waited patiently way too long for this contractor. I realized that if he did the job, and there was a problem later, that I would never be able to get him to come back to fix it. So now I am taking bids from other roofers. I am trying to be fair about this review, and only give specific details about my experience. I hope it helps somebody else.

The work was accomplished promptly. Everything, including repairs and the permit, was included in the estimate. The workers spoke English, a big plus for me. There were no surprises, and the final price was the same as the estimate. Their price was way under the other company I got an estimate from, and included items the other omitted. They cleaned up after themselves. I heartily recommend this outfit. This is a local, family owned business.

!The provider inspected the problem and provided me with what he thought the problem was. The work crew showed up and did an excellent job, including cleanup (hard to tell they even were there)! I was given an explanation of what had been done, even after I watched some of the work being accomplished. The two workers were very courteous and answered any questions I had.

I've got several bids and they were the lowest bid of 4 companies that had a licensed insurance. They're fast and thorough. They did a good job.

It was great. Forest and his staff were here when they said they would be. They were easy to work with and very knowledgeable in all areas. They went above and beyond and work diligently to finish my house for me by Christmas. In fact they finished on Christmas eve after my ceiling had fell in due to a pipe breaking. I would use them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for excellent service with reasonable prices.

He was done in three days, left no evidence at all of the tear down or installation and was very neat and courteous. His estimate was the best we obtained and that was exactly what he charged us, no surprises. I recommend him without reservation.

We like him. He has been fantastic. We have used him a number of times. He really stands by his work. His prices are fair.

Mr. Wasson came very highly recommended by a nieghbor, a business and a local contractor. The local contractor has worked and known Mr. Wasson for years and had only good things to say about Mr. Wasson and his work. Mr. Wasson is a very easy to speak to, he answered my questions on future projects and would work with him again.
