+ -1 moreThis guy was really great. We liked him and liked the estimate. We are going to hire him as soon as we get the bathrooms re-piped. Our interactions with him were great. He explained everything. He was not in a hurry. He kind of hung out with us for a little while. He discussed things like tiling the floors in our house, which is something we considered doing. After that meeting, we decided to tile the house. He kind of gave us ideas on that and opened the door. We originally were going to do wood, and after talking to him, we decided in the future to do tile. As a person, he was a great guy. As far as coming to give the estimate, he took his time and was easy to talk to. It was a pleasant experience. His price was good for what we wanted. The quote was good and detailed. We are going to use him. He is our tile guy.

Description of Work: Over the years, "Tile Revival" has tiled all of floors in my home. In addition, they have tiled around the tub in one bathroom and completely tiled the shower in the other bathroom. For several years, we had one rug left in the living room, but after my wife passed, I had "Tile Revival" replace it with tile also. Then, a couple months later, I called them back to remove a white tile in the kitchen and replace it with the same tile as in the living room. I have had them out to fix one loose tile and I have asked them to remove several small tiles and replace them with other colored tiles as an artistic thing on my part. It might interest you to know about the bathrooms: I gave them the key to the house and went on vacation. Brian asked what color I wanted around the bathtub and I said, "White." He asked about what color I wanted in the shower, and I said, "I like bright, crazy colors, so I'm giving you full artistic license to get creative. Whatever you do, I promise to like it." When I came home from vacation, I fell in love with my new shower and to this day, I love to show it off. Later, during my most recent job (replacing the kitchen tile) I again gave them the key to the house. I trust this crew, so that was no problem. They even made sure that my two cats didn't wander off whilst they worked. This is a great business and this is a good crew. All of the fellows are congenial and respectful. I appreciated their experience and knowledge expertise. The work was done promptly and neatly. Love how the floors look! I’d recommend them to friends and family.

+ -1 moreThey were wonderful, absolutely wonderful. They were so conscientious about keeping things clean and doors closed to minimize dust in the home. They worked in my home when I wasn't there and I had no concerns. When they had any questions, the technicians would ask and were so nice about it. Brian, the owner, was great as was Richard the installer and Carl who tore out the fiberglass.
Description of Work: I had an ugly fiberglass insert in my shower. Tile Revival ripped out this fiberglass and installed all new tile in the shower, ceiling to floor (10 foot ceilings) and around our bathtub.

+ -1 moreI've known Brian for nearly 25 years, and he has always insisted on the job being done right. Brian has an extensive background and knowledge base in tile materials and installation, so he always makes sure the correct materials are used and that they are installed in a professional manner. In this particular case, he provided a quick and well-done job of precision cutting delicate tile sections. I had called at least 10 tile supply stores or installers, and nobody would touch the work. Brian had no hesitation in doing the work at all. That's what experience and professionalism will do for you.
Description of Work: Brian Griffiths (owner of Tile Revival) cut each of the approximate 1" by 1" mother of pearl tiles (that were attached to a web backing material) to an exact 1/2" by 1" dimension. Nobody else would tackle the job, as small tile on web backing can be a very difficult job, even with a bridge style diamond blade tile saw. Brian had the whole job done in less than 30 minutes, and the tile sections were uniform with NO broken edges, slant cuts, zig-zag pattern, or other damage to the tile OR web backing. Made the subsequent installation very much easier.
