It could cost you thousands of dollars down the road because of missed or overlooked defects. Cheap inspectors often know and do less which is one reason why they are cheaper. $50.00 to $100.00 may not seem like much in the beginning but it could cost you thousands in the long run.

Description of Work: I chose Tom Harding because the many certificates on his website and his yelp reviews encouraged confidence. I was not disappointed. His inspection of the house I wanted to buy was extremely thorough. His report identified areas of concern and suggested other inspections needed, which I had performed. Further inspections yielded no major concerns other than the need for a new septic tank, but I am glad I had them because I now know exactly what I am buying. Tom is friendly and glad to answer questions both during and after the inspection. His suggestions on how to maintain the property after I buy it will be helpful to me in the future. I recommend him highly.
