Chris arrived at the time of my choosing, handled the job quickly, did no damage to the stucco (which was greatly appreciated), and stuck to the price he gave over the phone even though he did a little extra work to detach/re-attach a side line and chisel out the edges of the hole a bit. He didn't even charge for the replacement part as he had a good used one in the truck. I was very pleased with the all aspects of the job and will call him first for all future plumbing needs.
Description of Work: Replaced totally rusted connector to garden hose valve.

My wife and I came home from a date and found the downstairs tub filling up with sewage. We called Chris around 10:15 at night and he was at our house a little after 10:30. He quickly snaked the main drain line for the house and left by 11:00. Everything he did was quick and professional. He was also over $100 cheaper then another company I called that night. If we have any plumbing issues in the future he will be the first person we call.

It went smoothly, he arrived for the estimate at scheduled time, he was very understanding that I was receiving multiple estimates and ensured me his rates were the lowest. And they were. The Jo. Was performed on schedule and was completed within the promised time . 3 drips fixed and 1 septic line cleared, and no mess was left, in fact you couldnt even tell they were there.
Description of Work: I recently purchased a new house that had a few drips and a backed up sewer line going in to the septic tank, I called multiple companies and only these guys answered their phone, after getting a few estimates, Riteway rooter was the lowest. I also appreciated the promptness in which they provided a free estimate. I always try to support local companies and these guys really do great work, I was impressed with the efficiency and professionalism displayed as Chris fixed all my problems In One afternoon as scheduled. I will refer this company to all my family and friends In the future.

Description of Work: I had to Pay them for an Estimate to repair a broken pipe in the floor of my kitchen. It took them 2 weeks to get the correct 'Estimator' out to my house then another 2 weeks to GET the Estimate to my Insurance. Their Estimate was $400 more than a 'local' plumber AND the plumber that was 'local' that got me my estimate within HOURS, NOT DAYS got the job done within a couple days of my giving them the Okay. THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE... and I warned my INSURANCE COMPANY THEY HAD BETTER NEVER SEND THESE PEOPLE TO MY HOUSE EVER AGAIN!!!!! THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO RESPECT FOR THEIR 'CUSTOMERS TIME'!

Description of Work: Uncloged a main line that where 2 previous "plumbers" were not able to. He and his associate got the job done quickly and completely. I have not had any problems with the issue since. Good guy. I would definitely use him in the future. |
