+ -1 moreEventually, the owner had no choice but to accept less payment from me than he had billed for because, obviously they had not cleaned any of my items. It wasnt before arguing for a couple of days about it. My house was eventually put back together, but not with much help from them.
Description of Work: What did the provider do, lets see. They collected money from the insurance company. They promised they would clean every item in my house in a zero-gravity "chamber." They sure enough had a lot of negative things to say about another company that was involved in my home restoration but spent less time in my home working than the aforementioned. They certainly returned my items from their "chamber" with the same dust that they took it away with still on it. The owner never showed up to my house to speak with me personally, although he said he would on at least two occasions.

Description of Work: Amazing job at removing the smoke smell and. Fire damage from my kitchen. The other quotes were ridiculous. Kyle came out gave a fair quote and did the work the same week. Very impressed by the crew he has.
