Description of Work: Jane Skvarka responded IMMEDIATELY to our initial phone call. She came out when requested and answered ALL of our questions and concerns. When we were ready to sell, she was there for us. She was honest and open, and because of her hard work and experience we are happy sellers and on our way to a wonderful retirement.

Description of Work: We live in Las Vegas and were trying to sell a house in Lancaster. We listed it with another realtor for 3 months and had had no activity whatsoever. When it expired, we listed it with Michelle Lewis at Stephen B. Marvin and two days later we had 5 offers. Michelle provided outstanding assistance throughout until the final closing. She definitely went the extra mile. When we had the trash pickup cancelled, she went out to the house and moved the trash bins out to the curb for pickup. When it was found that the water heater was not strapped per earthquake requirements, she sent someone out to fix it. When a CO2 alarm was needed, again she took care of it. Living four hours away, it would have been a nightmare without Michelle’s assistance. We highly recommend Michelle and her agency.
