Great, not the cheapest but I definitely got what I paid for, they were on time, didn't skimp on replacing anything that needed to be replaced. I can't recommend these guys enough.

We recently had a shower remodel that the contractors dropped debris into the drain (and denied it). Funny how the drain was just fine before the remodel and after completed, water was backing up, but I digress. Reached out to several plumbers from Angie's list in the morning and three got back to me right away. Some didn't bother, and only two could make it out the same day. Patriot was the first and Dino said his tech could be out between 11-12pm, just 2-3 hours after contacting them. The price was reasonable. Another gave a similar price, and others that replied for Next day service was 1.5-2.5x the price. Don't know why. The tech, Eran, arrived on time and cleared the drain efficiently. Thanks again for the prompt service.

Great! Fred came out within 2 hours of my call. This being a Saturday and me having a family party in the afternoon, I was very thankful. He had the sewer line cleaned in less than an hour. He will be returning Monday to do a hydro flush of the line. Is giving me a price break on return visit which I appreciate. Highly recommend.

We had a leak and the Patriot crew came quickly, diagnosed the problem and repaired it before much damage was done. Next, the team performed the necessary restoration effectively. The price was reasonable and we would have paid more to get the quick response and quality of work we received..

We have worked closely with Fred in the past, and he always kept us up to date during the project. The crew arrived on time, were professional, and everything was done correctly. The job was done excellently.

I wanted them to come to install an 8” loop out of the wall for the water softener. I didn’t tell them to install the water softening unit, I only wanted them to install the loop. I was very clear about installing only the loop. I asked them to come back into the house once they created the loop and then I would decide if I wanted them to install the water softening unit. I went out to check on them and they had already installed it. I told them I did not want that, and he said “well we already did it”. They quoted me the price to install the loop which would be $220 for the parts for just the loop. To have the water softener installed would be an additional $74. From the work order invoice #11614: “Install waterline loop for water softener and install water softener. Water softener could not be installed due to bypass valve was broken and leaked water. Estimate to install softener and waterline $274.” $274 turned into $612.32. $330 for labor and $282.32 for parts and $110 included in price for them to come to my house. I have all of this in writing.

They changed the tub faucet to a different size valve and put a control that will not adjust water flow. You can only control hot/cold. Since I like showers I can not use this. I am not happy and will have to pay another plumber to change it over to what I want. This was expensive, and a waste of money. They were contacted more than once. They will fix it if I pay them. I will not give them any more money. I will not call them again, or recommend them to anyone. In talking to others, they had problems with them too. Wish I had known. They put what they want without asking and will not make it right. They said to change showerhead or buy a valve for the shower that controls. Lowesdoes not have such a thing. They were told as a courtesy that I would write a review and told me to go ahead.

They were very straightforward. Mark explained what we needed to change out on the shower. I was confident he knew what he was doing and now they are our plumbers!
