Great! Jake came out; analyzed and fixed the problem within 10 Minutes and installed a new ignition module. I will definitely call Jake again!

The technician was able to diagnose and repair the problem with our A/C that three other companies were unable to do. The technician was prompt in arrival, and was courteous and highly capable and skilled. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Of course this was an emergency situation, as A/C failure in the middle of June is a no no. When I called Rick, even though he was very busy, he made time for me and came the very next morning (early). Repaired my tenants A/C and the rest is history. Quickly and well - this man is excellent.

Rick responded to my call immediately (as usual). He met with the tenants ASAP, diagnosed the problem and advised me of the need of part(s) that need to be ordered. This would take about a week. Within a weeks time, the part was received, installed and heating system working excellently.

Our rooftop heater died at the start of the coldest part of December when record lows were expected. O'Donnell was one of three contractors I called to bid for replacement since I wanted to replace the heater unit anyway. The other two contractors really lead me astray. Rick not only worked with me to decide to replace the unit, he first made the effort to get the original heater working to get us through the week. He diagnosed several small problems and did manage to get the heater working, until the blower motor burned up. I had O'Donnell replace the unit at my request, and he did in a fast and professional method, including bringing in an electrical sub to run new power for the combo unit and fix wiring that wasn't up to code. Having a house built in 1953 has its own share of construction problems, including work done by previous owners that really make me shake my head. Rick worked out all of the problems. We enjoy the heat through the Winter and will be looking forward to central air in Summer.

The representative was prompt for our appointment. He quoted, I agreed and to my surprise he was prepared to start the work immediately. When he examined the units, inside and out, he determined what was needed and got busy. In less than two hours, we felt cool air blowing and we were very happy. My AC unit was stuck on and I had to turn off the breaker. Called O'Donnell . He Arrived as scheduled, diagnosed AC problem , replaced 1 part, and did general maintenance to unit . He was honest, efficient, and polite. Very reasonable pricing.
