Description of Work: The plumbers were on time and very clean, professional and knowledgeable. The costs for the repairs seemed to be a bit high. Two plumbers came to do the work and I was only expecting one and I think one plumber could have done the work.

Office staff was very helpful and friendly. The service man was very knowledgeable and courteous. I will definitely use them for future plumbing problems.

Description of Work: The work that was done by O'Boy was at one of my rental properties. I contracted O'Boy through Old Republic so all I pay is a trade call fee and do not know what the actual cost of the repair came to. However, I did find O'Boy plumbing to be very responsive and they took care of the problem quickly which included: sink valve replacement, leaking shower head replacement and auger of 2 toilets that were not flushing well. They also followed up with a call to me to advise what work had been done, which I appreciated, not all contractors the are deployed by Old Republic have followed back up with me and I have had to track them down.
