 + -1 moreI scheduled the appointment through Sears and received 2 confirmation texts for the appointment on 11/12/20 between 8am and noon. I started calling Sears at noon to find out what happened. After being on hold for over an hour, I was connected with someone who told me that I had to call the contractor myself to find out what happened, which I did. When Val picked up the phone, he did not identify himself or his business, he just said "Hello"! I replied with "Is this Mountain Air"? He said yes, I asked his name and told him that I had been waiting on someone from his company since 8am. He was very nonchalant and told me that he had cancelled my appointment because he was not available. Obviously, he made no attempt to contact me about the change. I rescheduled my day to accommodate this appointment and that was time wasted....over 5 hours dealing with this nonsense! I will be contacting Sears to get a refund for the protection plan and I WILL NEVER SUPPORT THIS UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS!
Description of Work: I purchased a protection plan for my range through Sears and Mountain Valley Air was their contractor in my area.

 + -1 moreThey showed up on time as promised. They worked very efficiently removing the old unit and installing the new without a problem.
Description of Work: We needed to replace our old swamp cooler. So I went to Home Deport and bought a new and had Robert and his assistant install it.
