Tikar Carroll provided an excellent job. He is professional and very personable. He is very clean in his work and detailed. He pointed out broken bricks and repaired them for me. He showed me a tattered blanket in my Glow King that should have been replaced years ago and I had no idea. It was never mentioned by my prior service. I would highly recommend his service to anyone.

Our technician was very thorough. He was here for 3 hours.

We've had them ever since we had our stove put in. It took them an hour to get the work done. It seems to be fine. It's excellent. They seem to be a little expensive for me.

Excellent. Called them due to discovering the flue dislocation in the attic during pre-purchase home inspection. Tikar came out, had a look gave the quote for the service and was ready to go to it. Met his quote, provided before and after photos of the repair, cleaned the dryer vents, chimney, stove interior and replaced a cracked stove brick (that was not in the quote, and added a few bucks - to be expected). Excellent work, in every way. And highly recommended.

The tech did a great job. He was very thorough in evaluating the stove and chimney before starting the service, made sure that everything was kept clean while he performed the service, and explained what he was doing as the job progressed. Also, we had a couple of minor problems on our stove that he was able to correct while doing the sweep. This was without a doubt the most professional service call that I have ever experienced. Recommend this company highly.

He was polite and knowledgeable and able to fix it immediately as he had the replacement part with him.

They were good. They were pretty thorough. The guy was very courteous and clean. He gave us advice on some fixes and about how to clean the glass.

Tikar was great. He found several issues that a previous sweep had said could "wait". Tikar took pictures and showed us the problems. It was great because he had all the needed supplies for repairs in his truck, so we did not have to schedule another service call. Tikar was very honest - we had signed up to have our dryer vent cleaned, but he said because of the way our vent was installed, we did not have to have that done. That was great, because we were able to put that money toward the other needed repairs.

It was wonderful. Tikar was very professional and informative. He took pictures, showed me what he was doing and took time to explain how the process worked. I had a estimate for the cleaning and was told by the person who answered the phone that Tikar would quote for the additional services I needed (adding the seal and putting the pipe back together after a remodel). The service didn't take very long. All in all it was great service for the price paid.

The work was done in a professional manner, and I am impressed with how thoroughly everything was done. I think that the price is a little high, but it was a very thorough job, and the servicemen were very professional and courteous. I also wanted the screen replaced. The price was very high, but I decided to have them do it anyway. When they returned the next week they did not have the right size for my fireplace, so I had to order a custom screen and install it myself. That was a little dissapointing. However, as far as the inspection and sweep went, I would use them again because I have the impression that this company is determined to do a professional job.

Tech came on time did a trough inspection of the chimney and chimney stack on the roof. Chimney cap at one of the properties had cracks in the mortar. His price for coating it with a cap sealant that provided protection and prevent further deterioration was expensive. I choose to buy the product myself and seal the cap. Overall he did a very good job, protected the area around the fireplace and there was no soot anywhere.

The guys were really great - so professional, friendly and efficient. I will definitely hire them again.

This firm sold and installed the wood burning stove in my kitchen in 2012. It was a pleasure dealing with them. This visit was an annual maintenance and sweep. The 2 man crew (Tikar and Garett) were on time, professional and efficient. They went above and beyond by reviewing their company's original installation and reinforcing sealants at the top of my (brick) chimney.

Team was highly professional and provided quality service. Previous owner had installed a "home-made" venting system which the team removed and then provided us with a detailed view and explanation. When additional venting flex hose & cost was required they again provided us with detailed explanation and reasons. I feel very confident that we now have a reliable venting system and our pellet stove is ready to keep us warm for the winter. This team is very transparent with the hows, whys and reasons for all work performed. They took pictures for our files that will allow us to have a photo record of work performed. I highly recommend this provider and will definitely be using them for all future services required. In addition to being professional, efficient and transparent - this has to be one of the friendliest teams we have had the pleasure of contracting with to date! He has done work for us several times now. He is always really really polite and concientious about keeping things clean and being very thourough.

The install went very well. Byron was a consumate professional. Showed up on time and did a professional job. Workmanship was top notch. Pricing wwas very competitive. Came out did a site survey before the job to make sure he had all the correct items. Other places we went to just gave a quote for the wood stove and accessories and wouldn't come out to make sure they had all the correct items for the install. I was impressed with going the extra mile.

They're professionalism is a breath of fresh air. Before they start any type of work they spread covering over your carpets to insure they don't get dirty. I appreciate their professionalism and think that they are just great. I will definitely have them back next year.
