Majestic C&I

first i would like to say that i have used this company twice before with a good outcome. i reached out to george again for some additional work. after a few days of trying to contact george, we were finally able to schedule an appointment via angies list. george was on time and spent some time looking at projects to be completed and stated he would forward an estimate in a couple of days. i asked him to give me the estimate, minus supplies, because i can purchase supplies using military discount offered where he would purchase items. george forwarded estimate in a couple of days, which included supplies. i reminded george i asked for estimate without supplies due to discount. george stated he would forward that to me. it has been over a week and approx 10 attempts to contact him for estimate.... and not a single response from him.... i did notice that his email address contains the name of another company with majestic c&i under it... i have attempted to contact george via phone, text and email (2 different ones).... so i can only assume that: 1. he does not want to do further business 2. he does not want the customer to see what materials acually cost and what he is actually charging for labor very disappointed... i really liked this company. follow-up inresponse to contractor comments and continued lack of communication... 23 july 2018... after competion of projects, it is impossible to contact him unless you leave an unfavorable post on angieslist or home advisor or yelp... then he is quick to defend his lack of communication and justify it by pointing out customer faults... i have emailed everday for over a week to the email address he provided and received communication from him during projects or when he responds following a review he disagrees with... i contacted him to evaluate some cracks in a cement driveway installed less than a year ago... he eventually sent someone to look at it... then he told me he was researching filler and would contact me to schedule repair... the cracks or “fractures” are spreading... that was 4 june.... it is now 23 july... and not a word... i know you have all my contact information...

Excellent job, quick response! Excellent, honest service! Great management and staff; prices are amazing and work is always guaranteed. Company carries all necessary licenses and in addition to being listed with Angie's List they are also listed with HomeAdvisor.com which are my primary sources for locating the best people/companies for service. You cannot go wrong with this company. Finally honest construction company in the Antelope Valley that will not take advantage of homeowners!

Great! Very quick response from the office to schedule estimate. George was right on time to provide the estimate and gave me various options for the repairs. The estimate was emailed to me that evening, as promised. We briefly discussed options that put the work in my budget and scheduled the work. Everything went like clockwork. Great communication with the office staff. Most of all, I found him to be extraordinarily trustworthy. I will definitely call them first next time I need any kind of handyman / construction work!

Great customer service. George listened and asked questions to make sure there was no interpretation mistakes, which there wasn't. He worked efficiently and the results were great. He even went out of his way to do a little extra, at no charge, after he asked if that was okay by me. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

They did a great job with that and also added more drains to keep water way from the house if we have another incident. We also hired them to do the landscaping and they did a great job giving us a beautiful new front yard. If we encountered a problem, George always took care of it and went above and beyond what we expected.

George was fantastic, he started on time and finished the roof and painting early. He was very professional, and worked around my schedule. Thanks again George!

The contractor arrived on time for appointments WITHOUT FAIL. Work was performed quickly and expertly. He offered suggestions, avoiding costly unnecessary replacement. The contractor and his workers were courteous and always left the work area clean.
