Bottomline - I would call Wallace of JW Plumbing again in a heartbeat !!!! and I've already recommended him to others. Plus I must mention, my HUSBAND gave him a "little extra" too, (not much) , but .. over Wallace's initiall quote . What does that tell you? Especially now- a-days, when every dollar matters...... I am one of those ... that research and reads many many reviews before purchasing a product or hiring for services. Angie's List certainly helped me in my pursuit in finding a good plumber. After much reading and research, I narrowed it down to JW Plumbing having read all the A's and very good reviews........I emailed Wallace.. He responded via email within 24 hrs each time I'd email asking questions. We continued corresponding until I was able to be in town and call to make an appointment. As mentioned above, it was a real challenge to get that kitchen faucet out, from the way it was installed previously. But he succeeded . He even noticed that one of the pipes under the sink was leaking and was missing a washer , which the original installer never put a washer in the piping.!! Wallace completely wiped out the area making it clean and tidy after the installation, etc. It is those little touches that many of us don't see anymore. Wallace demonstrated excellent customer service and pride in his work. Great work ethic.!! (even called before arriving). Very reasonably priced too. I hope my review assist those that are apprehensive in trying to find a good, honest plumber. In the future, when I need a plumbing task done, I'm relieved to know, I, NOW know, who to call!. I hope you do, too!. a

I called JW Plumbing for an estimate, he asked what the problem was, I tried to describe it, he understood what I was asking for and gave me an estimate of 200.00. I let him know that I wasn't comfortable with accepting the estimate because I wanted him to see it before we agreed on a price. We made an appointment for 9AM the next morning and I was amazed when they showed up exactly when they said they would. Wallace and his partner then looked over the the problem and explained what they were going to do and why and said that they would honor the estimate given over the phone. It took them approximately an hour to complete the job. They also went a step farther and suggested putting in a cut off valve, as it had rusted off where the pipe went into the ground, and did that also. Wallace and his partner were very professional and nice. They did an excellent job in a timely manner and if I have anything else that needs to be done in the future I wouldn't hesitate to call on them again. I would also recommend them to friends and family. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

I placed call to company about 9:30am, explained my problem (Leaky toilet). I was told that he had a job approx. 2 hours away and that he would be back this afternoon and would be here. I left for lunch and upon my return he was already here working on the problem. It took him 1 hour to fix. His charge was $50.00 an hour for the call and parts, which were $25.00. Very nice man, I will be calling him for my future plumbing needs!

Wallace (the owner) and Dennis were on time, friendly, worked quickly ad efficiently. Diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and fixed another minor problem (toilet flap). Installed confidence in me on the excellent professionalism. Not only will I use them if needed, but will recommend them to neighbors and friends!

The new Range I bought from Sears was left sticking out about 6 in from wall after installation due to previous gas piping accommodating the old range . JW Plumbing showed up within 3 hours of my call. Assessed the situation. Quoted me a fair estimate of $75.00. Within 1/2 hour JW Plumbing rotated the pipe fixture into a more flush position with the wall enabling the range to fit into perfect alignment with the counter top on each side. I had called other plumbing companies which quoted me $75.00 to $85.00 just for the house call with parts and labor added to the basic fee. None of the other plumbing companies were able to come out the same day. JW Plumbing honored Angie's list member coupon for 5% off any service call, which brought my out of pocket cost to $71.00. JW Plumbing was fast, efficient and affordable. I am very happy with the service they provided.

He promised to arrive in an hour & got here early - assessed, explained, quoted & performed. Professional, knowledgeable, complete service.

Wallac was on time & replaced the heater about 1 1/2 hours.

This company was awesome... JW came out on a Saturday within one hour of my call without charging extra for a weekend - JW completed the project quickly even though he had tyo go find a part for my water heater. He will get all my business from now on.

J W was very kind, courteous and professional. Drain had backed up on Thanksgiving day. Attempted to call another plumber, but never got an answer. Finally on Monday, called J W. He answered promptly and agreed to be at my house early in the morning since we had surgery scheduled for later in the mornging. He was very quick and offered an easy solution to another plumbing annoyance we had. He has my highest recommendation with no reservations.

Prompt service and fixed the problem fair pricing and offered discount on companies Angie's List listing which i lined.

Owner does job personally. Excellent communications on his schedule and arrival time. Excellent work; quick work. JW discovered a small part missing in the customer-supplied boxed faucet and advised on best approach to resolve with the the store where faucets purchase. JW is very customer-oriented.

I was first told that he would be at my house around 10:00am. I have 3 dogs so I needed to put them in my garage. At 10 he called and told me he was running a little behind and he would be at my house around 10:30. It was nice that he called to let me know. The people at Lowe's never even called us. We waited all weekend. Do call J.W. Plumbing. Don't have Lowe's of Palmdale/ Lancaster do any work for you. Thank you

Wallace was punctual and carried out the work needed with excellent speediness, friendliness and professionalism. Wallace has earned a repeat/future customer.

Got here at 8:00am, took dishwasher and kitchen faucet, our new dishwasher was delivered about 4:00pm. Plumber returned Friday at 8:00am. Installed faucet and dishwasher and fixed leak. Cleaned up after work and was very happy!

Walt was timely and professional. He called before arriving and was able to fix the problem promptly. As I told him, he is my "go to guy" if future plumbing issues arise.

He was great. I believe I stated what was done. He offered to go buy a faucet if he could not find a replacement hose. He purchased a reasonably priced faucet that looks great. Overall...everything was great.

Mr. J Wallace is very professional, clean and overall I have done business with him for 5 years. Reasonably priced, cleans up all the time. I am retired and need some one that can be clear and feel safe with when in my home!

Wallace the plumber was early, but called before to make sure it was okay and to make sure that we were home. They were very professional and seemed experienced. They also removed the old water heater.

Wallis arrived on half hour after I called. He asked me the problem; after I told him, he went right to work. In all, the job was done quickly, efficiently, and well.

He was on time, wasn't here for hours, and explained the total job and fees. I find it to be good work, done fast, and not expensive. They were very polite. I will call them again.
