Estimate was given for pest control services after an inspection of our home's interior and exterior. Were told we had a "mild" problem. Quote was high, but we gave a 1/2 deposit of $633.00 by check to the tech, for services to be scheduled. We called and e-mailed the next morning to say that we were not going to schedule service at this time and to please return our check. We were told that the check had already been deposited, but that a refund check would be issued within the week. That was the end of April, it is now the end of May and we have still not received our check. To make matters worse, we have e-mailed and called requesting an answer as to why our refund has not been expedited and had no response. We are just furious at this point that they could tie up our money for so long and be so unprofessional as to not even respond to our communications to them.
