+ -1 moreRons called about 1 hour after I left a voice message. He said he would be on site between 4 and 6 pm. He showed up and started a spin cycle on the washer and saw the problem. He tiled up the washer and removed a panel and a damper plug that was installed at the factory for shipping. He then removed the front panel and ran a spin cycle to verify the machine ran correctly. He explained that Home Depot, the seller and installer of the unit, had failed to remove the damper on intallation. He was professional and exact. One half-hour after he appeared the problem, the problem was solved.
Description of Work: Ron found the cause of the washer turning off during the spin cycle. I had called Frigidaire for a referal for a repair as the washer/dryer combo was 2 1/2 months old and still covered by the a year warrenty for parts and labor. He was 1 of 3 repair options offer by Frigidaire.
