+ -1 moreRoger arrived looked at all parts of the system and talked to me about what he was looking for. He explained all the parts of the airconditioner and their function to the system. when he found the problem he told me the safety things he needed to do, such as pull the fuse box, and then showed me the safety features in the system. Roger is a great technician and a good teacher!
Description of Work: Roger Dluzak is a very professional and helpful technician. He fixed our airconditioning during the hot spell this month. He explained throughout the investigation process what he was doing and why the elements of the system were there, how they worked together, and what would happen if they didn't work. Roger is more than a great problem solver, he is a teacher and a very polite and intellegent person. I enjoyed his visit and learned a lot about air conditioning, it's needed maintenance, longgevity and different types of freon. I HIGHLY recommend Roger to anyone in the Lancaster - Palmdale area.
