I last used them last November. They were excellent. They're extremely professional and they did a good job. The price that they charge was reasonable. They make sure everything is done. They were very good.

They were very very good and took care of all of my issues with my carpet. The carpet was pretty bad - there were all kinds of drink stains and sticky candy messes. There were 3 people that came out with references and information about what they were going to do. They were very professional and knew what they were doing.

They were very reasonably priced. I am going to call them back for another service.

He cleaned all the carpets and did a very good job. Worked on one stain to let us know if it would come out before doing he whole carpet.

I wasn't real happy with them because he promised that he would get all the pet stains out, but he wasn't able to. He was in a rush. He could have totally sucked out more water and it took almost three days for my house to dry out. His price was okay. I think his disposition and wanting to make sure that he did the job were important to me. He didn't show that.

They did a great job overall and would use them again.

I needed the carpet cleaned as a 'move-out' requirement in the house I had been renting for 9 months. I own 2 cats (who throw up from time to time - as cats do) and a dog who has a 'piddle problem' and sometimes leaves piddle on the floor/carpet. Well the carpet had alot of piddle spots, despite my best efforts to clean them. I called Cope's to get the job done. He was prompt, professional and did an outstanding job at an incredible price! No remaining smell or spots!! I was very pleased. I hired him to clean the carpet in the new house I bought before I moved in. Did the same great job, removing some old stains.
