Description of Work: I went with this company after doing research on competitors and talking to my neighbor, who had used them in the past. They gave us a timely estimate of services and, after signing a contract, the solar panel installation proceeded as scheduled. My only real complaint is lack of follow-up. After the installation and sign off by the county inspectors I have had to initiate every contact. I am currently waiting for SCE approval and, after calling SCE, learned that they did not have the needed documents from ACS. I contacted ACS and they said they would resend them. Even after asking for follow-up from them I have yet to receive any communication from them on when they resent the documents. It is up to the consumer to do the follow-up if you use this company. Other than that, so far so good. I won't know about the hardware until I can actually switch it on and use it.

The work crew was excellent and answered all our questions honestly. Very good experience all around, Highly recommend this company.

+ 0 moreSteve the owner was great! He is very knowledgable about every aspect of the install to the rebates. He wanted to make sure that I received the system that I was personally needing to zero out my energy bills. All of the building permits were done quickly. The installation started as soon as everything was clear with the county. The installers were great! They were actually fun to have around. They were able to answer any questions that I had as the installation progressed. It's not too often that you can say that about a company.
Description of Work: I had a solar hot water heater installed as well as PV unit installed that will zero out my energy bills.

+ 0 moreStill waiting for an estimate. Other companies provided me with an estimate in little as 24 hours after their visit. This company is unreliable. If this is how they treat potential customers, imagine how poor their treatment must be after they have already contracted with the client.
Description of Work: I have contacted the company for an estimate on solar panels and window replacement. Over 2 months later and I am still waiting for my estimate. I have called the company twice in the meanwhile. They reply promptly but never with the ability of giving me an estimate. Each time I have called, the person who came to my house to measure windows asked me again about measurements. All this information should have been already in the data he collected while he was here. I felt as if they were not taking me seriously.
