 + -1 moreDropped off the computer on a wed evening waited till next tues after 4 phones to get an update and they finally stated that the hard drive was bad and that I would need a new hard drive and also purchase new software to fix the computer for around $200, I did not trust them since every time I called we were next in line 3 days later were still next in line, so I took it home. After reading some more blogs online it appears that this computer has a history of a bad hard drive cable so I purchased a new cable on ebay for $40 and BAM runs great with no thanks to ACS. With them being in the computer industry you would think they would have checked the cable but it makes me think maybe they were just looking for the bigger pay day.
Description of Work: Nothing, waited 4 days for a free diagnoses of my apple mac computer

 + -1 moreSpent the time to explain his offer in a way my son understood for this and other services. Have been going to his store for my kids gaming PC problems. The owner always takes the time to explain and has very reasonable prices. Kid friendly.
