They were very responsive. First an estimator came. Another day the worker came. It took more than a half hour (the value of the coupon), so I was charged an additional $50 for the second half hour. Everything was good but it was not a big enough job to have any other comments.

I had already bought the under cabinet lighting kit, I just needed them to do the install so he had me email him photos of the kit and the space where I wanted it, then he called me back to say "no problem!" and provided a quote. They showed up on time with three guys and within an hour they had all the work completed. Not just that, they cleaned everything up perfectly, the work was very cleanly done and I was extremely happy with the outcome. Would definitely use these guys again - excellent job! Price charged was exactly what was quoted.

It went very well. They had half an hour for free and they were done in 10 minutes. However, the electrician saw a burned out outlet and offer to fix it. free. I also showed them my ceiling fan which was not operational. The electrician indicated with half an hr of extra work and $35 controller replacement he will be able to fix it and he did.

We recently hired the guys from Wilson Electric to do a very large lighting project in our home. They installed recessed lighting throughout our entire house, replaced all our ceiling fans, installed outdoor lights, relocated power outlets, installed new exhaust fans just to name a few! They provided us a very reasonable estimate, were very easy to get a hold of and very prompt to answer any questions we had! Their crew was very efficient and professional while working in our house. They even came back after the entire job was complete and they were already paid to make a couple of tweaks we requested! Not to mention the lighting in our house looks amazing now. I would definitely hire them again! (FYI we also needed some drywall work/painting due to some of our light fixtures being removed and walls needing patching etc. and their drywall guy is great too! After it was done you couldn't even see where he patched everything).

The came out and arrived on time, they did a good job removing ceiling fan, they put cover over the junction box. They were very poltite and very professional. The gentlemen that came I believe his name steve.

Impressed with the complete Wilson Electric experience. Brian did a great job of staying in touch to help me coordinate an appointment. I was pleased that there was a lot of proactive communications. On the service day the awesome team of Steve and Nick showed up a bit earlier and I was thrilled. They were very professional and attentive to learning about our electrical problem. I explained the situation and within 10 minutes the problem was identified and we agreed to the plan of action. I felt so comfortable with the team and also asked that they help with a few other minor electrical fixes we needed completed. A lot was accomplished in one visit and we plan to have Wilson Electric back within the next 2-3 weeks to help with a larger project. Service excellent and the priced fairly. True value is what we got. We are happy campers.

Initially, I thought I had 2 light switches gone bad. The electrician came by, checked things out thoroughly, and determined that the switches were okay, but that the fixtures had gone bad. I had 1 extra fixture which they installed at the time, but I didn't have a second one. He removed the old fixture from the 2nd location and prepped it for installation of the second fixture. When i had trouble with the second installation, he returned and finished the job for me. The $150 cost covers both trips.

several of my outlets had gone dead after a termite inspection. chose Wilson electric by all of his positive reviews. I wasn't disappointed. steve showed up on time asked a few questions then went to work. he found the trouble within fifteen minutes. steve corrected the sloppy wiring job left by a previous electrician, and magically all my outlets came hot. it was a very hot day and the blown in insulation in my attic didn't help, but he got the job done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Wilson electric to anyone.

They stayed in touch throughout the morning to let me know estimated arrival time and then when they went to the address that was associated with my Angie's List account, they called and came right to my home. They are always so accommodating and have helped me in the past over the phone to avoid a service charge where possible. I will use them again and again.

Steve at Wilson Electric is truly a nice person and a great professional. After calling and meeting with two electricians prior who decided before they got there that they were kings of the world and I didn't know what I was talking about, Steve came out a few minutes after calling him late in the evening and listened to what I was wanting. My idea, taking an existing interior wall 220v from an A/C unit circuit and rerouting it to the outside for a weatherized electric charging station in the driveway. It just happened that the circuit was in the right place if flopped to the outside. Steve listened and told me some options and he looked into the circuit that night to see if my idea was feasible. Turns out it was! Saved me some hefting expense and got my car charging in under three hours a night! I recommend Wilson Electric for anyone looking to integrate an electrical car charging station to their home. Steve listens to your needs and works with them to make a cost effective solution.

After taking my money, they decided my address was outside their zone. Took 2 weeks to get re-paid.

I can't recommend Wilson Electric enough. After getting the runaround from too many companies I finally called Steve at Wilson. Steve came out same day and looked at what I wanted done. I got a quote the next day that was better than everything else I had gotten. They started the job the following week and were done in a day. They handled all the permitting and found somebody to patch the wall together too. Everything was included in the original quote. Bottom line: If you need any electrical work done don't waste your time, call Wilson. You won't be disappointed.

Professionals through and through. Steve, Guy, and Anthony arrived on time everyday, and they checked out with me when they were leaving to let me know the status update. Carpets were vacuumed at the end of the day, and they always made sure to leave me with some type of temporary power. Steve worked with me on the timeline and was flexible to work around my concerns--I wanted one unit prioritized because I was paying to put the tenant up in a hotel and they got his done in record time. I also had plumbers doing a copper repipe at the same time and Steve worked with me and the plumber to schedule who was going to be where--again, super flexible and cooperative. I chose Steve because his price was more reasonable than some of the other quotes I received, and his 10 year warranty was way better. The most expensive quote I received only guaranteed the work for 1 year, which is the minimum required by state law. Steve also showed proof of worker's comp insurance before the start of the job, whereas one contractor was unwilling to provide proof despite the "yes" on their Angie's List profile. Steve was also professional when it came to communication. Any time there was a delay in the schedule or surprise that affected the bill, as there will be when rewiring an entire 3-unit building, he contacted me right away to discuss options or to walk me through the updated bill. Steve was great when it came to explaining the bill and all things electrical--he never asked to speak to my husband instead or dumbed down the language or any of the other stuff that sexist contractors do with female clients. Speaking of bills, he was reasonable and flexible when it came to deposits and payments throughout the job. Replacing every wire and every pipe in your home at the same time is not for the faint of heart, but it was made much easier by relying on professionals who were respectful of my home, patient with my preferences, and still had a sense of humor. He even brought in an amazing drywall guy to patch all the holes and match it to the existing 1930's textured walls so it could finally feel like a home again. I will absolutely use him again and refer him to my friends and family.

The installer was punctual, cordial and very professional. The owner/scheduler recommended which fan units to purchase at the local home improvement store and I had them ready when Charles the installer arrived. He went over every detail of the install and what to expect as far as operation of the units. Did a final demo and left the work areas spotless.The units work very well. Had used their service two previous times for ceiling fan installs and was satisfied with the work. Would definitely recommend.

Great, he was early and had good suggestions. He was brave to enter and exit the ceiling via a very small door.

It went phenomenal. Steve went out of his way to make sure the issue was taken care of today. I'll definitely call this company again with any electrical issues I have in the future.

I initially spoke with Brian, who is the owner. He asked a number of questions in order to provide an accurate estimate. The appointment was scheduled for a Saturday, which was very convenient. George, who came out and did the work, was terrific. He was incredibly clean and neat and answered all questions. I plan on using Wilson Electric (and George) for future jobs.

One circuit lost power but the circuit breaker was not tripped. GFI would not reset although there was power going to the GFI receptacle. Following a call to Wilson Electric, a technician came the next day. When he arrived, the GFI now could be reset. The problem was intermittent and therefore difficult to diagnose. He made some changes that appeared to solve the problem. The next day, the GFI again cutout. The inability to reset the GFI did not resolve itself. A callback to Wilson Electric prompted a return visit, although a week later because of scheduling problems. This time, Steve Wilson himself responded to the call and was able to finally resolve the issue. The second visit was very satisfactory and at no additional charge. Steve was gracious, competent and concerned that the problem be solved completely. His commitment to ensuring the satisfactory resolution of the problem was apparent and very welcome. I found the customer service exemplary and the followup to be most satisfactory. I intend to use Wilson Electric for all future electrical needs.

Perfect! I had put off having ceiling fans installed in two bedrooms due to having vaulted ceilings, i expected the worse, wall damage, drywall repair. Wilson Electric had me send pictures of the ceilings and walls and told me their probably wasn't going to be any wall damage, they were right. They were very punctual, focused on the job at hand, they were in and out without leaving a spec of dust, you had no idea anyone had been there. I would highly recommend this company without a doubt, I will use them again for any type of electrical work. Couldn't be happier.

The service call was great. Mr. Wilson came to do the work. He was very professional and I wanted him to do extra work. I told him what I needed and he assured me he would order the parts and be back the following week, he also told me Brian would call and set the appointment. Down hill from that point. After two weeks with no call I called and never returned my calls. I guess they had a problem with me or something. I had to use another company to finish my request.

Very quick. Minimum mess that they cleaned up and patched all of the holes in the walls/ceiling needed for access and where old outlet boxes were. Originally thought fewer recessed lights but they helped us plan it out in each room with lights on two switches in each room for better control.

Nothing was done, no estimate, no quote, no work. This was my first experience with Angie's List....not a good one to start off.

Steve was fantastic! He was friendly, punctual, and his guys were great. He was very responsive and kept me updated with text messages, and gave me an excellent price. The work was professionally done and in a timely manner.
