My technician Guy Selga, was right on time and ready to go get to work. Guy, is friendly, knowledgeable and does a fantastic job. I was totally impressed with his professionalism and diligence. Work was completed within 3 hours' time and I could not be happier. My coupon was honored and I was really happy about that, too. I would use Wilson Electric without hesitation in the future.no doubt about it. The owner is also a fine gentleman and takes his time explaining how the work was to be completed and answered as many questions as I had. What a great experience.

I was able to schedule the work within a week of my phone call to the company. I explained to Brian that I wanted three new outlets installed near the front of our home for holiday lights. Just trying to get a jump on this instead of waiting until early December and then remembering that I want this done. Nick and a helper arrived on time and after a quick consultation with them, they started work. Nick definitely seems to know his work. The helper appeared a bit sketchy, although friendly enough. In trying to install an outlet near the front porch, they drilled through and pierced the baseboard inside our home in our entry way. They were unable to install the outlet there so they had to cut a hole from the inside wall of the house near an existing outlet. The helper was assigned to patch it up with putty. There were the usual disclaimers that they are not plasterers nor drywallers. I understand that, but it really doesn't look good. Very heavy dabs of putty that will take lots of sanding in preparation for painting. Several years ago, I had an outlet moved from a higher to lower position on a wall in the family room. The electrician I used then also explained that he was not a plasterer, but would do the best he could. It looks great. A minor touch up with paint and one would never know. Well, not this time. They performed the work and did a good job. They also put bubble covers on a couple of outlets for me. They were very courteous and friendly, but a bit messy. I decided on an overall B rating because of the mess, the very poor patch job and the piercing of the baseboard. I believe Nick knows his job and he wanted to make it right. I should also mention that there was one issue where Brian was very responsive. Nick told me that an existing outlet did not have the power on, so he turned it on. In fact, he asked me if it was connected to an inside switch. I said no. After they left, I remembered that the outlet is connected to an inside switch in the entry way to our home. I called Brian and left a message. We played phone tag a couple of times. It was an easy fix and Brian sent Nick out to correct it. The point I'm trying to make is that Brian was responsive to my call and Nick made another trip to my home to correct an issue that I had got wrong. I would be willing to try them again.

The problem started with my garbage disposal not working. I figured out that it wasn't the machine, itself, and figured the switch was faulty. I also wanted them to look at a circuit breaker that I thought had been damaged. The electrician had to spend a certain amount of time locating exactly what the problem was: in fact the breaker I thought was damaged was fine; another breaker was the problem. The electrician was very courteous, gave me a lot of information about the breakers and fixed the problem in no time at all. He gave my mom a good break on the price, too.

The guy who showed up (who's name was guy) was awesome. He came on time and dos the work extremely fast. Showed me how it all worked and I couldn't be happier.

The repair went better than expected. The repairman was in and out within a half hour and did a great job. The Angie's List coupon saved us $50.00 which was a blessing. Will use them again and recommend them to friends.

Couldn't have gone better. Easy to schedule. No drama! Great result. Wish i had installed this lighting in my home years ago. But now it's even energy efficient. Yeah me!

Quick response, on time, very polite, great workers and cleaned up afterwards. Cost ended up less than quoted. What more can you ask for? I will use them again and skip trying to do it myself. lol

My tenants tried to replace the recessed bulb that was at a difficult to reach location and in the process the entire unit popped out. I called Wilson electric and indicated that I need a fast response as I was concerned about safety also. Steve showed up on time with his two young assistants. They brought in a large ladder and were very careful not to damage the wall. They placed the recessed light back and changed the light bulb. Asked Steve whether he can replace the other two light bulbs (LEDs that will last long) that were real high and in a position that was even harder to get at. It was very difficult to set the large ladder and Steve came up with a procedure using two ladders on the stairs and two assistants holding on to ladders to replace the bulb. He was also reasonable with the price and most of all completed the job without any wall damage as it was difficult to maneuver the ladders.I will definitely use Steve and his team again.

The Plan involved five rooms: Foyer, Hallway, Guest Bedroom, Office and Master Bedroom. Attic access existed above each of these rooms. After studying the Plan and inspecting the relevant room locations, Wilson Electric provided a detailed bid which was marginally higher than two others. Based on strong Angie's List reviews, and the evident know-how of the lead employee (Brian Chavez), Wilson Electric got the job. The work took two and a half days. Brian Chavez was on site both working and supervising for most of this period. An experienced lead electrician (Guy) worked independently and also supplied know-how and answered questions for the remaining crew of two or three younger assistants. The drywall man (Chris) worked independently. Collectively, these people provided efficient first class service. I was particularly pleased with their effort to carefully follow the fixture, switch and plug locations specified by the Plan's CAD diagram and measurements. In two instances, a ceiling joist and a wall stud required some deviation from the Plan. Guy carefully explained our options before we decided on slightly altered locations for a recessed light and a switch. Guy was also very careful, in the case of the 7 adjustable recessed down lights, to follow the Plan's directions regarding how the lights should be pointed to illuminate certain wall and desk surfaces. We recommend Wilson Electric to others and, without hesitation, would hire them again ourselves.

Wilson Electric quickly responded to my call and Brian came out to do the initial bid - he offered suggestions and was very flexible with some of my request that I had not yet decided upon. Gus, the electrician that came out to do the work, was so nice and accommodating with both my questions and a few more changes I asked for. The lights look great, are what I expected and at a very reasonable price.

We had interviewed several capable electricians. We chose Wilson Electric because Steve's quote was not the highest nor the lowest. Steve Wilson was easy to work with. He proved himself to be knowledgeable, experienced, skillful, thorough, and honest. He managed a competent and personable crew. They completed their work according to our agreed upon schedule (it took over 8 calendar days). It has now been almost a year since they finished, and we are very satisfied with the function of our electrical wiring and lighting and the placement of the fixtures. Stylistically, I would have routed some of the wires differently in the attic and in the crawl space. We also would have liked a formal contract for services up front, but Steve Wilson's word was good.

Wilson Electric arrived on time and started the work immediately. Even after the work ended up being more difficult than planed, they continued and were able to find the problem and complete the job. Very pleasant and polite young men, they went above and beyond. I must say I was extremely pleased that they stuck with their original estimate, even though the job was more challenging than expected. We will certainly use Wilson Electric for our future needs.

Over all it went very well. I like Steve and his Son Brian. The crew is made up of a mix of guys that have been doing electrical for a while and younger kids that were polite and probably learning the business. Steve handles the electrical side and Brian handles everything else. Both Steve and Brian are very driven to give a good customer experience which was evident from the start and continued throughout the job. Their bid wasn't the lowest but sure wasn't the highest. Plus they didn't use "day laborers" which was one of the main reasons I chose him. There were some times when it was a little difficult to get ahold of Steve but truthfully I think its because he's a busy guy. His phone was ringing all the time when he was on our job. Most of the time he made sure and give me the customer service instead of answering and apologized when he had to take a call then came right back. The re-wire went well, The new panel looks nice and the patch work looks good. I even had them do some drywall work which looks pretty good. A few of the fit and finish items could have been better and we both missed a room on the estimate but Steve was more than willing to fix the items and complete the estimate as written. There were some delays that turned the job into a three week project but that was the city inspector not Steve. We are redoing the whole house including room additions so I will use them again and can recommend them to you .

They installed a ceiling fan for us at a good price. It seemed real easy for them did it quickly. The fan looks real nice thank you very much.

If I could work with Wilson Electric on EVERY house project I would! We interviewed 6 differentelectricians, all highly recommended on Angie?s List, before ultimately choosing to work with Wilson Electric. We hired Wilson Electric to rewire our entire home and garage (just over 2000 sq. ft.). The house was built in the 1930?s and had no grounding and all original wiring so we ended up doing a full re-wire, upgraded panel, recessed lighting and additional options such as dimmers, security lights on the outside of the house and track lighting in select rooms inside. They did a fantastic job and were a pleasure to work with- Their prices are reasonable and they stand by their quotes- at anytime if something unexpected came about, the crew at Wilson Electric brought it up with me and went over all of our options, instead of just completing the work and billing me later- Their communication was FANTASTIC. Brian did all of the scheduling and was on site all the time ensuring the work was completed and that we were satisfied. The crew showed up on time and worked until the job was done- I couldn?t ask for a better experience. I would highly recommend Wilson Electric to anyone needing electrical work completed on their home. It was a joy to work with such a professional team and I will be hiring them in the future for any and all of my electrical needs.

From start to finish Wilson Electric was great to deal with. Brian got in touch with me within 24 hours. We set a time so he could estimate the job. He showed up on time, was professional, made suggestions on things that I overlooked and I had the bid by that evening. Price was great and we started around 1 week after that. His crew showed up on time all 3 days and did the work in the time promised with the quality that the other reviews had said. I made a few changes on the fly and they were more than willing to accommodate and rolled with those changes. Great crew and company and would definitely use them again for any electrical work.

Arrived on time, very professional. Did the needed work and left the house very clean. I purchased 1/2 of time, but he did not make me feel rushed. He took time to do the job well and even gave me energy saving advice that I could complete. Pleasure to work with.

Called Brian at Wilson Electric and scheduled time to have both ceiling fans installed. Was easy to set-up a time and he even managed to schedule a Saturday which worked out best for me. George came to the house on time and did an excellent job of covering furniture and flooring in the room. He also minimized holes when feeding the new electric line to the room which was appreciated. The ceiling fans were installed and balanced perfectly. Couldn't ask for better service. Would highly recommend Wilson Electric.

This new ceiling fan was for my bedroom area. This was a totally new installation and not a replacement installation. This is an old house built in 1956 with low ceilings therefore the attic space is quite narrow and when I saw George, who is a big guy, I was concerned that he wouldn't fit into the small attic space but, he did! All went well, George was very professional and did a great job!I now have a wonderful working ceiling fan in my bedroom. I am very pleased with the quality of the work and the install cost was fair. I would hire Wilson Electric again.

They came in a 4 man crew and each went to there areas and began work. I was very impressed that they were able to complete the work in one day. They made it as convenient as possible for my entire family. Steve was great and worked well with his crew as to clean up after. Two of the workers were young and I had my doubts, but after they began working it was clear that they knew exactly what they were doing and all of them were very polite and respectful young men.
