He got there in the morning. Checked out the condenser, furnace and thermostat. He said the condenser was off a bit. The high side was to high and the low side was too low (what ever that means). Up in the attic he said there was a hole big enough to fit your hand thru in the air duct at the furnace. I told him ever since we had a new condenser put in a few years earlier it seemed that the house never got as cold as it did with the old one. He had no answer for me as to why. I asked him if he could take a look at the tankless since it stopped working all of a sudden that morning. He did and than told me he wasn't sure but he called a colleague who told him more than likely it was a bad control board (it wasn't). He than told me he would give me my report and talk with me after he finished with my neighbor who also bought the same coupon. I never saw him again. After finishing with my neighbor he just left. He later called me about the control board which I declined to order. It was a few day later I talked with my neighbor about the service we both got. My neighbor told me that the service tech told him I had "a ton of problem over there", nice, I guess he forgot to tell me that. A few days later (that weekend) I went up into the attic to see about that hole he told me about. Well guess what, with a 1/2 hour of time and a roll of duct tape problem solved. This tech did the bare minimum. If the tech would have gone the extra mile, no 1/4 mile, it would have gone a long way for customer service. Anyway, never again with this company.

It turned out ok. They put a lot of freon in the unit which turned out to be very expensive. They did fix the unit and it has been working properly since. I would not use them again due to the cost of their services.

I am very neutral to the service they gave. He really didn't show me what it is that he did. They swere pretty responsive. I herd from them the same day, we scheduled almost right away and they came out within less than a week so I was pretty pleased with that.

Did all of the work very efficiently & even cleaned up the outside unit of dead lizards & weeds & grass growing into the unit. I would hightly recommend this company!

Excellent job, they made it work right and didn't play the standard games of trying to up sell the job.

The appointment was for 8 AM and I received a call that Rick, the technician was delayed by traffic; he arrived at 8:35 AM and was done by 9:40 AM. He was clean and respectful, explained what he was doingat each step and performed all his tasks efficiently. I had the filter ready for him, had cleared an area around the attic access ladder and had the hose ready for him where he needed it. It was a good experience.

Good- took pains to verify function after completion.

provider came withing 2 hrs after phoncall. took 10 mins for the job..charged $210. found out from someone at work how simple the job was. so for 10 mins work, charging $210 was too much in my opinion. provider was professional, prompt and did the job he was hired to do.

Rick showed up on time, and he was very nice. He inspected the unit and made a few recommendations, but he didn't try to give me a hard sell for unnecessary repairs. I would use him again if the unit ever has a problem or needs service.

They responded to my purchase immediately and agreed on service this morning. There was a mix-up in the schedule, but they responded within 10 minutes when I called to check, were very apologetic. They replaced the faucet and gave me an estimate on some other unrelated future work at my request. I was very satisfied with the service and the professionalism of the two men who responded and have definitely placed them on my "future" use list.

the guys were very professional and polite, they knew exactly what needed to be done, the work was performed as stated, and finished on time. now I have hot water for days! and plenty of pressure.i now have a rental house and i will use western for all my needs there too, thanks guys, i will highly recommend you to every one i know

IN ALL CASES IT REALLY WENT VERY WELL. HE WAS QUICK,VERY PLEASANT AND AFFORDABLE.I WILL DEFINITELY HAVE HIM BACK WHEN NEEDED.ALSO, HE EXPLAINED EACH PROBLEM AND WHAT HE WAS GOING TO DO( OR NOT DO) BEFORE HE DID IT.THIS TO ME IS A GOOD POINT.
