I bought this coupon and called the company. They were very nice, but they weren't in my service area. I feel that should have been included on the coupon.

Trustworthy and honest, two of the qualities I admire the most.

It worked out fine. They did everything they needed to do. They were very nice. I thought it was a very fair cost.

I would use them again as they were on time, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves.

The very good..on time, clean, kept in contact with me, helpful and informative. The very bad...no receipt..no report. Had a furnace inspection and other than to say.."I wish I could sell you something, but I can't".I don't know what was done. Having had this done in the past, I always got a report/receipt..checked this..measured that..inspected the other...often with the measurements and specs of the tests run...a detailed list of services and checks made. I was provided nothing. Again, without a report of what really was done, I cannot know for certain that they provided the service I contracted for.

Checked out entire system, provided info on age of components, safety and remaining service life. Also made recommendations on operation and filter use. I will use this company when I need further help.

Rick did an excellent job. He arrived on time, checked out my heating and A/C system, and performed the repairs needed. The previous contractor installed a tankless water system, but didn't connect it to the heating system,. Rick repaired the system, and now I have heat. He also took the time to explain what he did, and upon completion, cleaned up. I'm very happy the results.

I purchased the ac check up and tune up. Our unit wasn't cooling the house like it should. The technician checked the unit both inside and outside and gave us recommendations of a couple services we should do to help extend the life of the unit. He was very informative and we will definitely be doing the additional services at a later date with the company.

My appointment was 8:00 Am, and Rick (owner) showed up 15 minutes earlier and he promptly fixed my bathroom faucet. Rick is very knowledgeable in that my newly installed gas pipe was made in 1970 and what country. Rick also pointed out that the our contractor installed the inappropriate size pipe for the BTU of our Gas Stove and advised that we need to replace it to 3/4 inch pipe. For $29.00 Angie's list deal, it was totally worth it. We would definitely use Western Heating and Air Conditioning in the future. Highly recommended!.

The installation went well. The company was able to send someone out within two hours of my phone call to them. The job was completed in about three hours from the time they first arrived to the time they left. They gave us an estimate before they started work; and the total turnaround included time to purchase parts. They cleaned up the area before leaving and made sure the warranty, etc. papers were left with us. The new stand is solid, the water heater was up and running before they left, and the connections all looked good. This is the third time we have used this company. First time was to upgrade a gas dryer installation (again very old, which the department store delivery people could not use). Second time we had them come out to clear a laundry drain. Prices were good on the first two installations were very good, and I think the water heater installation was comparable to other companies doing the same job given the need to upgrade the overall installation.

Valerie was very courteous when setting up the appointment. Rick showed up within the scheduled time. He took a quick look at everything and gave it a good bill of health. He didn't say anything about adding 2 lbs of refrigerant but I may have not needed it as the unit is relatively new. He also gave a helpful suggestion to install awnings over windows in the heat-bearing section of the house rather than do a costly re-ducting job to increase a/c flow to the area.

They showed up at the appointed time and were friendly and professional .I had purchased the Big Deal Coupon for $79.for tune up and inspection. I wound up paying another $200 over the original cost for additional refrigerant and coil cleaning. The Big Deals always sound great but it seems that is a way to get business by selling customers more than they expected to buy.

Provider showed up on time. We had a drain in the garage that had been stopped up for a while. He was able to dislodge the problem and all is working as needed. He suggested the sink could use replacement and he is right. We'll schedule that at a later date.

Setting up the appointment was easy. They showed up on time. My heating unit is in the attic and they only went to the entrance of the attic and briefly looked at the ducts--i would have expected a more thorough inspection of the duct work. They did offer to switch out the filter, but I had already done that, so I said no. It was mid day on a hot summer day, so I guess they weren't to excited about spending a lot of time in the attic. They then inspected and cleaned the condenser unit outside. After they cleaned that they wrapped up and were planning to leave and gave me the recommendations. There was no sales push and two items on the list that totalled $400. The unit is nearly 15 years old and I have never done anything to it, so I gave them the okay to do the work. They unpacked and did the work and were done 30 minutes later. Aside from the skimpy inspection in the attic, I would use them again, and next time press for a more detailed inspection of the attic duct work. Happy with the overall work from them.

They were very nice, helpful and they also reassured us we didn't have any problems. They were very honest.

The owner/technician was very professional. He told us our heater had been recalled and told us in detail some options we had. We had him service our AC that was leaking. However, since the price of replacing the heater & AC was quite substantial. We wanted to get at least 2 more estimates. The last person to come gave us a very reasonable cost (he was referred by a friend) as being honest and reasonable on price. So we went with the 3rd estimate we received. The work was done quickly efficiently and he returned immediately when we had a slight problem. He also gave us a senior citizen's discount. However, we both felt Western Heating, Air Conditioning was very professional and he gave more information than any other person. The price was a little high for us, but he performed the service we purchased from Angie's list and some extra that we needed. Since we didn't use him for the whole job, I wouldn't want my review published. I give Western Heating AC an A in everything but price for a new unit. Robyn Morocco

The service was very good. My wife handled the service and she was comfortable with this company. They even let us know of something that could be done with bleach and they told us we could do it ourself to avoid the service call. They got the job done under the Big Deal pricing. It was refreshing to find a company that does not try to upsell you. You could not beat the Big Deal price and they responded the same day.

.Checked all the hoses, pressure, electric connections and loads, cleaned the unit of dust and debris, showing me how to maintain this level of cleanliness. Reassured me that the unit was in great shape, and that it is better to have it checked before there is trouble.

It went fine. He checked a few things outside and then went up to the attic and checked the heating system. Said everything seemed to be working just fine. Very nice gentleman, seemed very knowledgeable.

Service provider came in time. Completed his jib with alacrity. On completion, explained his work and suggested what more mey need done.

It turned out really fine. They were very professional and they did everything that they were supposed to. They provided the service around the time that I purchased the big deal and I did not spend any more than that.
