This turned out good. Scheduling was fine. They were really helpful. I needed to drain my AC unit and they came up with a really good solution.

He arrived on time and proceeded to inspect our air conditioning system, which was barely cooling our home. I suspected that the filter was clogged, but I couldn't figure out where the filter was located since it wasn't where the manual said it was. He showed us where the filter was, and sure enough, it was completely clogged. He rinsed off the filter outside. After completing the inspection, he recommended some repairs but wasn't pushy at all. He pointed out some water stains resulting from condensation from the gas vent dripping onto the motor inside our furnace. I later positioned a small piece of plastic over the motor to divert the dripping water. Overall, I was satisfied with his visit, and I was glad to avoid a future problem with the furnace motor.

This turned ok. They were helpful and informative. The parts they were quoting me on were double what I could find myself. The service costs seemed fair but the price for parts did not. It limited my trust in wanting to work with them. However, the technician was helpful and nice and everything fine.

They were honest about letting me know that they don’t service my area.

Our home central air conditioning unit was not functioning properly. After reading about several locally certified repair services (mostly via Angie's List), I called about 6 - 8 providers. With summer heat upon us, it was difficult to receive service late that afternoon. However, Western Heating and Air Conditioning responded favorably and followed up with an approximate time of arrival for service. Western's owner, Rick was a pleasure to work with. Professional. Honest. Understanding. With many home service related needs, we are always skeptical of "diagnosis" and subsequent costs. I am very pleased to give an outstanding, exceeded expectations, compliment to Rick and his office admin team. Rick's experience was evident in his ability to assess and resolve my air conditioning problem. He won a customer for the future. Much appreciated.

Western Heating is a GREAT company! The office called to confirm the day before and on the day of service another call was received that the guys were coming earlier. Dino and Mario were both respectful and conducted themselves in a professional manner. They started right away and explained everything when I had questions. I was very comfortable with them working at my residence. At the end of the job, they both were helpful in giving me an idea of what issues I might have and offered an estimate in writing. I highly recommend Western Heating for plumbling jobs. Ask for Mario and Dino, great guys!

I received a very prompt response from Rick. He came out next morning to inspect unit that was not blowing cold air. After inspection, he explained the unit was beyond repair (unit was from the 80's). I am selling my home soon, so he gave me a couple of options. I opted to have new unit installed. He said they could complete that afternoon. However, I was unavailable. He set a time for following day, arrived early and installed unit. Works great. 5 year warranty. Would highly recommend.

Again, very nice man....I wanted someone local, and he was SO local that one of my neighbors knew him! It took him less than a minute to snake the drain. I asked him what it would cost to address another problem, and he showed me that the other problem was NOT a problem! He just made one quick adjustment and saved me money! I know some other providers may not be so honest!!! But this man was GREAT! I would use him again in a minute... and encourage everyone else to do the same! A+

All fine. It was very hot this week (around 100 degrees), so I was glad they fit me in to fix it. I gave a B for price only because it was a lot of money, but then I did not shop around. They were professional and thorough in servicing the unit.

They did a good job! There was no extra charge for the service.

The service technician is very knowledgeable and pointed out everything he was doing. Since my system is only 5 years it was in very good shape.

Owner came out and hosed off the condenser. Was trying to sell the services to audit how tight our house was. He explained it would be approx 400-600

The serviceman was on time and very friendly. He explained everything replaced the outdoors hose completely without any leaks. He also informed me of the additional items I will need in the future and gave me an estimate right then. Then he emailed me confirming the price. No pressure. I will use their services in the future and recommend them as well.

It was fine. I didn't know my permit had been put in by code nor the people that put it in approved the permit, so if my house had burned down I probably would have not have collected my insurance. So they were very good at letting me know that this had happened because I had no idea. You could tell how important it was that they were so conscientious. They recommended that I go back to the people that installed it to install it right. They were very thorough and the found things that really needed to be done.

I was very happy with their work. They came promptly, did a good job, and satisfied with the clean-up. They were very good.

The kitchen drain is cleared. I am back to washing dishes and cooking. Life is back to normal, thanks to the team at Western Heating and Air. It was a simple job, but I needed qualified help. I took advantage of a $39 unclogging drain special. It's just what I wanted: no fuss, quick in and out service, and professionalism. This was a small, immediate need job. We have more projects throughout the house and look forward to inviting this company to give us a quote. Thank you to Valerie for setting up the appointment and Rick for doing a great job!

All that they did was look at the furnace and tell me that because of the make of the furnace they would not or could not perform the tune-up for which I was charged double the advertised price, $49.x 2, or $98. They said I was charged twice in error. I therefore paid $98.00 for which I received no service. S. I have received no reimbursement so far as I know.

They were good. They were responsive but pretty expensive. I think the guy did a good job. He got it done and fixed it. What I really didn't need was the upsell. Be prepared to spend more than you think. I probably would shop around a little bit in terms of cost, and if the cost were equal, I would use them again.

Western Heating Air Conditioning and Plumbing did what they were supposed to do. What they did didn't fix the issue. They offered things, but I didn't accept them. The team was very good and very knowledgeable. The price was fair. They were on time as far as I remember. They were very professional. I would probably use them again if I needed anything.
