I cannot say enough amazing things about Urban Energy! From start to finish our solar installation was easy and seamless. We worked with Mark who helped us select the Sun Power A400 series solar panels, a superior product to other panels on the market and also carrying the best solar warranty in the industry with a 25 year warranty. Urban Energy handled everything with our city permit, from drafting and submitting plans and meeting with the city inspector for our final approval. It took the crew just 2.5 days to install our 26 panel system. The installation was super smooth and the installation crew was extremely professional and tidy. I could not believe how quick and fast the entire process was. Everyone we worked with at Urban Energy was knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. From start to finish we always felt like we were in good hands and knew we made the right decision selecting Urban Energy above other solar companies. We are so thrilled to go green with our solar panels and feel confident with Sun Powers solar panels longevity and reliability. And of course we love the sleek and clean look of our panels as well!

They came out to my house and repaired a broken panel. They ordered the panel and had it installed with in 1 week. Guys were at my house no more than 1/2 hour. They did a very professional job!

I have asked them for a quote for and additional 2 solar panels . I have not heard from them as of this date.

I hired a solar co out of No Hollywood (don t do it). It s true what they say about companies out there. 12 of my 21 panels were out. I called the business in No Hollywood, I only was able to leave a message in an answering machine (no one ever called back). I called a local company to see what was wrong (Urban Energy) they came out and replaced all of the water drenched, poorly sealed connectors, some pipe that had been full of water that was also sealed improperly, and 5 more inverters started working. Now I m trying to get the company that installed to pay for the 7 inverters that are no good due to the improper sealing job we received. Urban energy was great, they came out right away and checked it for us and fixed what needed to be done short of the inverters. Wish we had used a local company when we bought the solar. The company in No Hollywood showed a Beverly Hills address now and the Company that took over for them in No Hollywood is supposedly going to send a technician out (keeps pushing dates back for two weeks now) to check the system. We have sold the house so this presents a huge problem.

Very friendly and explanatory but most importantly I liked was their honesty.

They showed up on time. Reviewed existing work and completed the job in a very timely fashion

The owner was very helpful and explained everything thrroughly. He took pictures, explained what the problems were, gave options for correcting the problems and resources..He set a time limit for repairs and did not charge for unused time. The total cost was reasonable.

Mark spent time fully answering our questions. He outlined things we should do in the future to keep everything working smoothly and safely. He seemed to have all the time in the world to talk to us although I know that he didn't. And he communicated via email and telephone appt. days and times. It was never took long to get a hold of him.
