He kept asking me questions. He kept sending e-mails, "What about this? What about that? What about this" and at some point I said, "You're wanting me to be the expert." So I didn't do him, because I think he was just too inexperienced. We exchanged e-mails. I didn't use him because he kept asking me questions that never stopped. He agreed that he could do it and then he sends three e-mails which indicated to me that he really didn't know how this thing worked. I never dropped the machine off. He kept having more questions, "Will it take an external power supply? Will the memories allow if we change the battery?" I had on my own read some stuff. Somebody had put something online about this particular machine that answered some of those questions and I passed along the answer to him. But I just felt like he wasn't experienced enough to handle it. It wasn't an usual device, it was a portable ultrasound. So I can understand how it didn't fit in a typical purview of someone who is used to computers. His responsiveness was pretty good. It was delaying, there was a lot of delays. It delayed the whole thing.

He came to our house, polite as always and very professional. He asked us what we were concerned about and assured us the problem would be solved quickly. He took the laptop back to his lab and returned that same evening. The laptop runs excellently now and its all thanks to TobyPC!

Our family computer stopped working for us most of the time so we went to GeekSquad and they said it needed a new motherboard..with the cost being $260 for a new motherboard and installation. CRAZY! Not only was TobyPC able to REPAIR my motherboard..it runs better than I think it ever has before. All for $80 I would do it all over again. We heard about TobyPC from a friend who had good success with their services. TobyPC really keeps in touch with the customer and lets you know exactly whats going on. I would recommend.
