The office called us immediately after we posted the job to be done and mentioned that a technician would come to our house, do a camera inspection and provide a free estimate. When the came to our house, he did not do a camera inspection and and quote a high price for the job. He mentioned that the guarantee would be for a year. When we asked to give a written quote, the guarantee dropped to 3 months and price dropped. I think, this is unprofessional approach.

He arrived about the time he said he would. He took a look at the problem and thought he might be able to repair it rather than replace it. Went back to his office to search for the needed part but was not able to locate it. Only option was to replace it. Took about 2 1/2 hours or so to complete. Did a good job and checked carefully that it was in good working order before leaving. He completely cleaned up everything. Plumbing cost do seem high, the cost was higher than I expected by a couple hundred. End the end, I wasn't going to do it myself so was willing to pay. I would hire them again based on the results of the work.

They charged $75 just to come to look to see what the problem was. They wanted to do more than what really had to be done. They came back a second time without being called in. They came all prepared to do the project when I never had authorized it but I sent them away. They didn't really do the work. They told me what the problem was and what I should do. I told them I would call them back but they showed up to do the work. I got a different plumber to do the work.
