RON CRUZ PEST CONTROL

Ron was wonderful, even came back to spray a second time without any issue. Customer service is top notch and so is the all around service of Ron and his team.

It was easy to set up an appointment as Ron is local. He was very professional and discussed situation with me and inspected the attic. He determined I did have rats in the attic and set traps and bait for them. He advised that I might hear sounds for a few days and that he would come back in 7-10 days to inspect again. He was easy to schedule for return and advised me that some of the bait was taken but the traps had not been sprung. He gave me the name of a handyman to come and close up any opening into the attic that might be allowing rats to enter. I was very pleased with this service.

The pest control guy didn’t charge me anything when he came out. I told him what the problem was and so he went up to check since I thought there were rodents. He also told me to keep traps if I wanted. He told me that I would not be able to catch anything since there was nothing. He suggested me to buy a couple of other things. He told me that it might be a bird, possum or a cat. He asked me to get some mothballs in order to put it near the beds and told me that they would be gone in three days. I tried it and so I guess the pest control guy is okay. He told me as to when he could come out and he came pretty much on time. I didn’t have any problems with him at all. He knew what he was talking about. He did the right job. I would definitely use his services in the future too.

We heard sounds coming from the ceiling of our downstairs hall. I called our regular "pest control" person but he could not come until four days. I called Ron and he was out almost immediately. He has a minimum call out charge of $50.

Dealing with Ron Cruz Pest Control is easy. I can call if I suddenly get a bug attack and they are very responsive. They always return my call right away. Ron is always friendly when he comes by. Brenda, who takes the phone calls can set up an appointment right away (next day) if there is a bug emergency. Each month Brenda calls to set up an new appointment for the month. I don't have to remind them. They take care of it for me.
