Description of Work: Dish washer had a leak because of a gasket failure. Repairman spent 5 minutes identifying the product number for the gasket, and returned the next day with a new gasket. Total time in my house: maximum of 10-12 minutes. All was fine except the obscene cost: over $300 for the few minutes of labor and 1 replacement gasket. We will never again do business with Reliable Service Inc, which serves several communities around LA, San Jose, Riverside, San Francisco and Ventura. The technician was fine, but the cost was way out-of-bounds.

+ -1 moreThe technician's name is Chris. He showed up on time and proceded to go directly to work. He took apart the control panel for the stove and installed a part that I happened to have. Put control panel back together and tested the stove. Everything worked fine. He was friendly and very professional. I would certainly use this company, and especially Chris, again
