Description of Work: Company was going through ownership change. Quality control on first visit -- cleaning our cabana awning -- not very good. They had to come back a second time.

+ 0 moreHeidi was very quick to call me back and we scheduled an afternoon appointment which meant that the guys may run a bit late. But we're flexible. Two guys came out and did all 8 awnings in about 2 hours. They communicated if they found mold or rips etc. and seemed to know what they were doing. Only disappointing thing was the estimate didn't include a protectant which we thought they would do to protect the awnings long term.
Description of Work: Cleaned 8 awnings on my home.

+ -1 moreI have been using Naples for about 5 years now, they remove all the screens from my windows and wash the screens and the windows inside and out. They are always prompt on booking their appointments, communicating any adjustments in timing and are punctual. They have always been very professional and do very good work. I continue to use them still.
