My overall experience with Jerry Natelborg and his team was great. Jerry was prompt when returning all calls and scheduling an estimate. He mailed his bid timely. It was very easy scheduling a start date and time. Again, Jerry was on time ready to work. They completed approximately 85% of the work on the first day and returned the following day to complete the job. When finished, Jerry walked me though the work and ensured it met my expectations. He left the job site clean and tidy. I would highly recommend JN Plumbing to friends, neighbors, and would use them again.

There were no problems from this company. The workers made sure to be polite to our home when entering the work area. They were friendly as well. The work did not cause too much of a mess, but they made sure to clean everything up.

When this company came to our home they made sure to show me exactly what was being done. I understood the whole process. That made me feel comfortable with the way that they handle their business. The area was cleaned up well and I was pleased.

He did a pretty good job. It seems as if it is working fine. His helper was unable to come out with him to do the job and it seemed like a two man job to me. The water heater he installed is great. He did leave a tiny mess in the work area though.

This is the best experience I've ever had with a plumbing company. He was on time, did a great job and was very clean. He even came back a second time, after hours, on that same day because a part was missing out of the package that we bought. It was obviously not a standard part that they carry around on the truck because it was part of the faucet fixture. We discovered the missing piece about 5:00pm and it was the last piece to go on. He said if we wanted to go back and get a replacement pack, he'd come back after he went home and had dinner. So we went to the store, got what we needed and called him when we got home. He was there within the hour. We were so totally amazed with the fact that he went "the extra mile" to help. We will definitely be calling JN Plumbing again. A++++.

THEY WERE VERY RESPECTFUL AND NICE. THEY EVEN PUT ON THEIR LITTLE BOOTIES! I FELT THEY WERE HONEST, AND DID A GOOD JOB. THE CRAWLED UNDER THE HOUSE WITHOUT HESITATION TO SEE IF ANY PIPES WERE LEAKING. PRICE WAS REASONABLE.

HE IS HONEST. HE IS CLEAN. HE DOESN'T TRY TO CHEAT YOU. HE DOES WHAT HE SAYS HE WILL DO. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM, HE COMES BACK INSTANTLY, WHICH IS HOW YOU SHOULD RUN A BUSINESS.

THE GUY THAT FIXED THE PIPE WALKED ON MY PLANTS AND THAT MADE ME UPSET. I DO NOT WANT TO BLAME THE COMPANY FOR THAT, BECAUSE THEY DO A GOOD JOB. I HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR FOUR YEARS. THAT WAS THE FIRST TIME ANYTHING LIKE THAT HAPPENED.

THEY ARE A GOOD COMPANY, AND DID GOOD WORK ON MY DRAINS. HE RESPONDS VERY QUICKLY. HE WORKS FAST AND GIVES SAME DAY PLUMBING SERVICES.
