He still has my door I ordered and purchased. The door did not fit. The hinges were off. He had to go to a millwright to get holes punched in the door to fix the hinges. The first thing he did he took the old door for measurements, and stated they didn't cut the new door to his requests. The last time I saw him was Nov. 11, 2015. So now I still have no door at all to my bedroom. He promised he would get it to me before Thanksgiving and my company came. I still have yet to see my door. He will not answer or return phone calls. Sometimes it will say mailbox full other times this mailbox has not been setup. The first check I wrote to him they would not cash due to Eric not having valid ID. The next check he had me write to his son who was helping with the work Kyle Cook because he had ID. Now all the invoices have Kyle's name on them and not Eric. The same day I paid him the final check (the door was hung), and after I handed him the check he said Mrs. Carter I'm going to have to take it back to the lumbar yard and then to the millwright so they could fix it. All of this after it was stained and painted.

Eric removed an old high flow toilet to be replaced with new low flow model. He removed and re-installed vanity to allow him to completely remove the aging and deteriorating bathroom floor. He installed new plywood floor and covered with vinyl flooring. Sealed around edges to make water tight. He performed the job during the hottest day on record without complaint. The bathroom looks great and I expect it will last for many years to come.
